Delightful detached 3 bedroom villa within the quiet residential location of La Vallesa, Calpe. The property is on two floors. The entrance hall leads to two double bedrooms, one with a double bed, a dresser, and fitted wardrobes with ample storage. The other bedroom room has two single beds, again with large fitted wardrobes. There is a large, recently renovated bathroom on the ground floor which also contains the washing machine in a recess.
The entrance hall leads through into the lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, the latter of which includes a breakfast bar with additional appliances such as a coffee machine, juicer and full size dishwasher. The property has heating throughout by way of marble radiators that are electrically fed and controlled by individual thermostats. Air conditioning is installed in all bedrooms and there is a safe in the property to secure valuables.

On the 1st floor which is accessed from a staircase in the dining area, is the master bedroom with a king size bed and a large shower room en suite, which also contains fitted wardrobes and storage areas. From the master bedroom, there is exclusive access to the secluded rooftop patio which is furnished with two sun loungers, a table and two chairs. This space is ideal for privacy, a great sun trap and the perfect place for a sunset drink with fabulous views of the Penon de ifach (Calpe's Rock) and the coast!
