Lovely holiday home with private pool and sea-view

Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:

- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)

The rent includes 100 kwh / week for electricity (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

Between October - May the expenses for internet, elcetricity, water and gas are to pay completely per consumption.

The Space:

The house is situated in a quiet residential area, bordering a small pine grove. The spacious terraces offer plenty of room for children to play; there is a lovely barbecue area right by the pool.

The house is on one level and features a living room, dining room (with air conditioning), one bathroom, one guest toilet, two bedrooms (each with air conditioning), and a kitchen (with dishwasher).

There is ample parking on the property; Wi-Fi is available for guests.

The Neighborhood:
Several good restaurants are within walking distance, and a supermarket and beaches are a 5-10 minute drive away.

Other Things to Note:
A small dog up to 10 kg (over one year old) is welcome upon request.
