I use this service often. Helen is absolutely a great host. Very responsive to inquires. The property is excellent and close to alot activities in the Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove and Carmel area. I am planning to book this propery again.

Good family getaway

Yes, it's a golfer's dream, but it's also perfectly located for a small family like ours. Great place to unwind for a few days.

Comfortable home, great location for Carmel/Pebble Beach/Monterey

Very comfortable home, great location for exploring Carmel, Pebble Beach, and Monterey. Can even access 17-Mile Drive from the neighborhood. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely location inside 17 Mile Dive

Very nice property with all the basic amenities of home. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms appeared updated and the kitchen had all that we needed except for a griddle. Definitely would like to stay again!

The perfect family place!

Fantastic holiday housing for a family. Clean, centrally located and well maintained property. Our host was responsive and helpful. Check in was a breeze and pricing was very reasonable. My family absolutely loved it! Two enthusiastic thumbs up for this great rental!

Quiet and very close to gorgeous Monterey / Carmel area!

Perfect location! I wasn’t able to golf, but I would definitely recommend this to anyone who can play in such a gorgeous area! I’ll be back!

A great find

Great location, beautiful house

The house was in excellent shape when we arrived and was very well kept, almost like new. The owners were very helpful and willing to answer any and all questions we had via text and calling. We had an excellent weekend relaxing and recommend it to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Family getaway

The location was perfect and convenient. The aquarium was a quick 10 min drive as was yummy food in pacific grove. Supermarkets are close as is the beach. We had a 16 month old and needed to move some furniture around to keep it safe but there’s so much space for our family

Great location, comfortable

The house is in a great location - within the 17 mile drive near a lot of golf courses, coast line and nearby Monterrey and Carmel. It was also comfortable and the showers were very luxurious. The tv was a little difficult to maneuver, but then again, you’re not really there for tv.

Lovely time at home

We had a great weekend stay at this home that is very clean and well maintained. It might be helpful to add some more kitchen tools, glassware and blankets, but this is a very comfortable home!

Right Place

The home was in a perfect location as we were heading to the LPGA US Women’s golf at Pebble Beach. It was everything I thought it would be. Lovely home.

Great house / Great location

Had a group that met in Monterey for three days of golf on the peninsula and Helen's house was just perfect for us. Location couldn't be better - house backs right up to #2 tee of MPCC. Easy access to all courses, and close to the shoreline as well. Very easy check-in and check-out, comfortable beds, Great shower. Will stay again in the future for sure. Thanks Helen!

Works well for a family, nice quiet location. 3rd "bedroom" is fine for kids -bunk beds- but is definitely small.

Great location, clean home but no frills

Great location by MPCC. House is very basic and no frills and might be best of a guys golf trip rather than a family stay. Some small issues that need to be addressed like the shower handle not working and lack of cleaning supplies. Pillows are older, beds not the most comfortable.

Great Golf Getaway

Just a fantastic property! We arrived and there was everything we needed. The house is clean and tidy, 4 beds (we ended up having 6 people so we just bought an air mattress), the golf course behind it is a very nice touch. Its close to everything! The best part about it was Helen! She was communicative and super easy to talk to. She took care of everything we needed within minutes. Would absolutely stay here again!

Good house, not so good check-in experience

The house in Pebble Beach is good. But the experience was not. I had to contact the owner to find out how we get into this gated community. She said our name would be at the gate. It wasn’t. I was unable to reach her, and after a 6 hour drive with kids, we were anxious to get settled. So we paid the entrance. When she finally called me she said it was Security’s error and I should go back and get a refund. Of course they said no, but she wanted me to continue asking. All this over $12. Needless to say, this was not how I wanted to spend my vacation. I told her to send me the money, and she did. When we got home she contacted me telling me the property was going to refund my money (which they didn’t), and I should send her back the $12. At least she could have told me to keep it for my inconvenience. A head’s up about the owner, which is a shame because it’s a nice property.

You will have the comfort of being home and more. Fully stocked Kitchen, brand new bath rooms and Kitchen with tasteful decor. Bright and airy, with large patio door back to the green fairway in the backyard. Watch deer family wondering nearby.
