Cozy Stay by Little Italy & Wooster Street

**APARTMENT WITH FREE PARKING & LAUNDRY ONSITE**

This bright one bedroom apartment is ideal for anyone who want to explore the historical neighborhood of Wooster Street in New Haven. Your stay is close to most everything (Yale University, New Haven Green, New Haven Union Station, Yale School of Medicine, New Haven Museum, and local shops) within walking distance. The space is designed to be convenient with flair and our fully equipped unit offer the opportunity to feel like home while traveling.

Parking is available on the property for free.

You will have the whole apartment for yourself when booking. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a very comfortable foam mattress as well as desks for any WFH needs. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, an accent chair and a smart TV for relaxing stay-ins. You will have the option of dining at home with a complete kitchen, including utensils for four (4) guests.

Conveniently located in the heart of New Haven; one block from Little Italy with the famous pizzerias and Italian restaurants in New Haven. You will have walking distance to both the train station, local stores and museums, as well as the Yale University campuses.

The neighborhood is busy and big city like with a ton of restaurants - but charming as a small town with architecture to admire and local mom and pop shops.

Most everything is available by foot and we can highly recommend a stroll through the city, the university town and old Yale. See our guide for more details on things to see and do around the city!

The space is not made child proof and no specific child amenities are provided.
Please ask if you have any requests before booking.

Parking is available on the premises for free.

Quiet Apartment Near Everything

This apartment in a 4 unit building with its own parking lot was on a quiet street. Easy to get to no matter what side of the city I came from and close enough to walk to downtown (6 blocks) and half a block off the famous Little Italy street for food and cocktails and then brunch and coffee in walking distance in the mornings too. The unit had everything you need, fully stocked kitchen and bath, shared laundry. Great mattress and pillows! Easy keypad entry. I’d stay there over and over again!

We enjoyed our stay in New Haven and this apartment was in a great location to the places we wanted to visit...Yale University, Yale Art Museum, Yale Peabody Museum Nat'l History, eating in Little Italy. We even ventured out and drove to Ft Giswald Battlefield and Mystic Village Museum which were only 30 minutes away. The only issue we had was the sheets did not have a good smell. Not sure if the issue is with the washing machine, soap that was used or just old sheets!

This somewhat dated but well-maintained apartment is all about the location, which is great. The off-street parking is super convenient, and so is the building and apartment access. The eclectic furnishings are fine (who really needs a high top poker table?), and the 2 window AC units work, although closing the bedroom curtain covers that unit. The bathroom is dated but clean. The price seemed a bit steep; we don’t require luxury at all, but the price kind of suggests that’s what you’re getting for your money. Overall, the pluses are many, the drawbacks few.

This is a cozy apartment, and the hosts respond very quickly to texts. Case in point, I modified my stay to arrive a day earlier, but the system didn't update the code to unlock the doors. When I texted the problem, they resolved the glitch quickly. I loved the neighborhood and walking around Wooster Square.
