Perfect for a sleepover with friends

This house was great to host a small sleepover for my daughter’s birthday! The girls had a great time and enjoyed all the amenities.

We loved it!!

He had a good time since the moment we checked in. This place is clean, super spacious, and it makes you feel at home. Shawn was wonderful in providing check in instructions.

Birthday

I booked this stay for my birthday. My friends and I had dinner and brunch plans and other activities is malibu/la. This location was the perfect middle point for everything. The house was clean, well organized, and very spacious. The host was very responsive and answered my questions within the hour. I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday and this listing was perfect for my friends and I.

Pros: pet friendly. great location (although not really walkable as the house sit on a hillside) with easy drive to main streets with restaurants and malls are within 10-15m drive. heated outdoor pool works well (costs extra to have it heated, so take that into consideration). Cons: 1)house construction is quite "thin"- walls/doors/floors, nothing is sound proof- which was quite an issue for people who needed quiet space to work. Even from master bedroom (which is big enough and has work space), the door and windows have ZERO sound barrier. 2)the "fireplace" is actually not a fireplace. not even a fake electric fireplace or even a light source which make the living room feel dark and cold. 3) master bathroom was quite disgusting. when we arrived and wanted to take a bath, turned on the water and it was brown. old pipes, prob, but still, didn't feel comfortable after that. The shower, after a couple days of use became very obvious of previous mold/moisture between the glass and the bathtub that was impossible to clean, and the corners of the shower which the black gunk would not come out. Property manager sent cleaning people: but even they couldnt' do anything about it. The master sink drain also leaked, which make all of our toiletry bags under the sink get soaked. 4)Kitchen refrigerator made a lot of noise-loud whirring noises. mgr sent repair person, which helped, but eventually still made a noise. 5) Outdoor patio didn't end up using much. was very dusty/dirty.
