Lovely two-story townhouse offers fine coastal living within the oceanfront community of Litchfield by the Sea. A primary bedroom suite with king bed is on the first floor, and two more bedrooms (king and two singles) and a full bath are on the top floor.
The furnished balcony deck boasts a saltmarsh creek view nature-made for savoring a coastal sunset. Enjoy long walks and bicycle rides exploring the beautiful resort landscape and pristine Lowcountry vistas. The private community pool and beach access are an easy walk away.

POOL ACCESS: Approx. 1-minute walk. The Osprey Watch community pool and hot tub are centrally located with furnished patio surround and restrooms. (No pool heating. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.)
BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 3-minute walk. From Villa 8-A, follow Osprey Watch Circle to farthest east access to Retreat Beach Circle, cross the road, and head directly toward the resort’s oceanfront common area sundecks. Amenities in this area include deck seating, rinsing showers, and restrooms.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week rental stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

Brookgreen displays world renowned sculpture amidst acres of lush gardens and majestic oaks and offers miles of walking paths through what once was a working rice plantation.
