Lovely two-story townhouse offers fine coastal living within the oceanfront community of Litchfield by the Sea. The furnished sundeck boasts a saltmarsh creek view made for sunset reveries with access from the common areas as well as from the main floor bedroom suite. Two more bedrooms and a full bath are located on the top floor. Enjoy long walks and bicycle rides exploring the beautiful resort landscape and pristine Lowcountry vistas. The private community pool as well as beach access are a short walk away.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-4, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, ice maker, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, grill, covered parking (2 bays), bench swing, private community pool and whirlpool, easy walk to beach and beach gear credit.
ACCESSIBLE AMENITIES: Boardwalk access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, lighted outdoor tennis & pickleball courts, scenic paths to walk, run and cycle, freshwater fishing lake and a tidal saltmarsh overlook. Gated resort is convenient to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, golf courses.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week rental stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

Micro-communities of residential homes blend with townhomes and low to mid-rise condo complexes, each boasting their own architectural style, signature outdoor pool and water views.
Common areas offer residents and guests alike access to outdoor lighted tennis courts, fishing and crabbing piers on the lake and saltmarsh, winding walking and biking paths and private direct access to one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Huntington Beach State Park shares the same strand as Litchfield Beach, a popular destination for families, photographers, and nature lovers. Take a drive a few miles north along Ocean Highway 17 to the forested state park entrance where visitors will fall under the enchanting spell of the beauty and wildlife of the Lowcountry sand dunes and marshlands.
Only a few miles away as well is Brookgreen Gardens, another local treasure. Brookgreen displays world renowned sculpture amidst acres of lush gardens and majestic oaks and offers miles of walking paths through what once was a working rice plantation. It is also home to the only accredited zoo on the Carolina coast, where you will see rescued native animals in their natural habitats.
The Pawleys Island/Litchfield Beach area is known locally as the Waccamaw Neck. Pawleys Island, known for its “arrogantly shabby” character, encompasses Litchfield but has its own beach – and island – where it splits away from the south end of Litchfield Beach.
