Within the gated resort of Litchfield by the Sea, the Marsh Hawk villas community occupies a quiet niche within the embrace of majestic live oaks and poised on the edge of a pristine salt marsh. The peaceful Lowcountry backwater view is beautifully framed through the living room and master suite windows of this top floor condo.
The community pool is only steps away. The beach is an easy walk with scenic views along the way. If transporting your favorite beach provisions is a necessity, take the car or rent a golf cart. The beach is a 2-minute drive, if that, and parking is plentiful!

ACCESSIBLE AMENITIES: Boardwalk access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, lighted outdoor tennis & pickleball courts, scenic paths to walk, run and cycle, freshwater fishing lake and a tidal saltmarsh overlook. Gated resort is convenient to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, golf courses.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
