*** There will be ongoing building construction at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise (grinding, banging), dust, etc. about the property. There will be no heavy noise before 7am or after 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and sliding doors will be secured to prevent opening. There will also be workers present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building. Balcony furniture will be removed and balcony use may be restricted during certain periods. ***

*Forecasted schedule of pool closures:
East Pool Closed: 10/20 to 2/13 (heated)

to be honest it wasn’t awful but all the furniture and linen smelled staring my of cigarettes. i informed the host and their response was “that’s weird bc no one’s been in the unit this month”. if you manage a rental you need to understand that cigarettes linger in walls and furniture for a LONG time. After someone smokes in a non smoking unit the carpet and furniture will SMELL and non smokers can clock it immediately.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great room, view was excellent for a side view. The door in the master shower was being held together by duct tape and it fell off. Did have to call maintenance for the guest bathroom but they were very quick to respond and fixed the issue very fast and efficiently.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo and complex are beautiful, well-appointed and convenient. Unfortunately, two major appliances (Fridge and washing machine) broke during our stay (washer broke twice to the point of not usable at the start of our stay and our final day) and we had to throw away hundreds of dollars of food. The fridge didn't work from arrival on Friday to Tuesday. Despite us following management recommendations on fridge maintenance (waiting 24 hours to allow it to properly cool) the management still tried to place blame on us. In conversation, management admitted that the fridge did take way longer than normal to "work" but did nothing to remedy. In all my years of renting, management generally tries to do right by the customers. Not in this instance: they did nothing to remedy the lost time, money, and inconveniences. I'm not sure I would return with current management, despite the fact that the condo and complex are beautiful. This took away from the idea of vacation.
