Great place!

The place was clean and perfect. They aren't great at getting back to you when you send a message to them but calling works very well.

Stay was very good. Close to shops and places of interest. One issue was supply of toiletries, tissues and hand soap compared to other VRBO units. Host responded quickly to any issues and accommodated our late arrival. Noted that shower area had some water damage which did not affect our stay.

Great location. Walkable to Old Quebec the major QV sites without extreme hills.Pros: concrete construction so no neighbor and limited road noise; safe & sever secure area; Comfy bed; well equipped kitchen. Didn’t use parking, but nice to know it’s available. Check-in easy as front desk of building is often manned.Cons: not true blackout curtains so very bright early on sunny days. Some of the interior construction seems cheap ave layout is awkward. Host mentioned needing to do an in person checkout but never responded for booking. Overall good stay and would recommend!

It was a great stay! The location is excellent — within walking distance to Old Quebec without a steep climb, and close to Rue Saint-Jean where you can find everything you need: groceries, liquor stores, cafés, and restaurants. The room was clean and well-equipped, with one bed, a sofa (note: not a sofa bed), a washer and dryer, and a kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. The only inconvenience was that the intercom at the entrance didn’t work.
