Air-conditioned and comfortable apartment in a quiet building located on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey building in a quiet street in the prestigious Old Quebec, in the heart of the historic district and within the walls of the fortress of Quebec. Close to all services. Grocery, restaurant and shop. 5 minutes walk from all services and tourist attractions.
Apartment includes 1 bedroom, fully furnished, hardwood flooring.
Bathroom: shower renovated in 2026 with vanity.
Washer dryer available on the basement level.
Protected underground parking included 5 minutes walk from the condo.

Fabrice’s apartment was perfect for our visit to Quebec City! It was immaculate, comfortable, and in a great location to tour the old city. Communication with Fabrice great and access to the apartment was easy. We would definitely stay there again.

If you’re looking for a place that is close to most of the attractions in upper Quebec , this is the place. It’s basic, but suited our needs perfectly. On a quiet side street but steps away from the action.

This quaint apartment is the perfect location for a QC vacation, walkable to all local attractions. The nearby parking spot is extremely convenient with its in/out privileges, allowing us to drive to see Montmorency Falls one morning. The unit is quiet and had all necessary kitchen items to make our own breakfast and/or lunch. Questions throughout the week were answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

This historic apartment in the heart of Old Quebec is the perfect place to use as a base to explore la vielle ville. It's walking distance to all the major tourist attractions, and is close to an abundance of great restaurants. We hope to stay there again un jour!

This apartment was perfect for our needs in Old Quebec City. Very short walking distance to restaurants and shops. Super location. So quaint… truly felt like we were in Europe. Had a couple of questions and favors to ask of the host, Fabrice. She was SUPER accommodating, and responded to us within minutes. Cannot give one criticism of this apartment. It was lovely … in an old building. Adorable electric fireplace and outdoor terrace for relaxing. SUPERB place to stay if you wish to truly experience Old Quebec City. Be sure to check out dinner at Portofino and The Bistro, at Monsieur Jean Hotel - both just down the street from the apartment. GREAT PLACE Thanks, Fabrice!

This place is right in the heart of Old Quebec City and steps from the Chateau! We made a point of making our own meals for breakfast and lunch and the kitchen is well equipped. We had a really great 7-days and enjoyed our stay. Check in was a breeze and the underground parking was awesome! Safe and secure and literally seconds from the apartment. Highly recommend!

Cosy and Quiet Stay in Old Quebec

Fun family vacation to Quebec
