The newly constructed property is located by a serene pond alongside our sister property, The Charming Cottage on Goshorn Creek. Features artwork curated by an internationally acclaimed local artist. The interiors offer plenty of natural light and an open layout.
The location of this property provides walking access to local attractions while immersing you in the beauty of M. Peterson Nature Preserve. Enjoy a cup of morning coffee on the patio while you take in the peaceful view of the pond.

Both our properties are right along Gorshorn Creek Pond and are available for booking together for larger groups of people.

Wonderful property within walking distance to all that Saugatuck has to offer. The house was clean, well appointed and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We loved this place!! It is a very well stocked, comfortable, beautiful place. The fact that it is within easy walking distance to downtown Saugatuck and the water is a definite plus. Lots of fun activities and many places to eat (if you don’t feel like cooking in the very nice kitchen or using the outside grill). Mark is a wonderful host who responds quickly to any questions or needs you may have! We would not hesitate to return!!

Perfect. Great space, above and beyond our expectations.. walkable to everything in saugatuk. Make sure you walk across the street and have dinner at The Southener.

Cute, clean and close to downtown!

Lovely, stylish home with art scattered throughout. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. The host was gracious and communicated well.

Amazing Stay at the Art House

We loved our long weekend stay at the Art House on Groshorn Creek! There was plenty of space for my family to relax and mingle after our fun-filled days, with my son especially appreciating the side patio and nature watching. The house was clean and had all updated amenities to make the place cozy and carefree. We also enjoyed the location of the home- still in town walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping while far enough removed from the hustle and bustle. Mark the owner was very responsive to my texts and made the check in/check out process super easy. We’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It is well equipped wIth all you need. It has several Smart TVs. Bring your own sign-ins and passwords for streaming services.
