The property was perfect for our family of 5. Condo was updated, clean and had all the essentials. The pool was very clean and spacious. Everyone was very friendly. Easy communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Rehoboth Beach family vacation

The property included everything we needed and is a short drive to the beach. The host was very responsive and accommodating with early checkin and late check out. Great place to stay with a family.

Relaxing Rehoboth Getaway

This property was perfect for our family with kids from ages 12 to 19. It was excellently located between the beach and the necessary stores like grocery. Access to plenty of activities: beach early in the morning, shopping or go-karts or swimming in the community's pool during the day, and beach in the evening. The layout of the property was nice with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and full kitchen. Being on the first floor allowed easy access from the front and back, no stairs. We definitely recommend it.

Amazing Memorial Day Trip to Rehoboth

Our group (5 adults and 2 dogs) stayed at this property over Memorial Day Weekend. This 3 BR/2 Bath condo was perfect for our group and very spacious. The bedrooms are large and the kitchen/living space was beautiful. There is a sliding door on the back that provided easy access for taking the dogs out for walks. There is plenty of parking as well. Our group was a little concerned about the location being too far from the main strip/restaurants, but it ended up not being an issue at all. We brought bikes and could zip down to the beach in 10 minutes, and two of the nights, we actually walked to/from downtown (about 30 minutes). And when we drove, we didn't need to go back on to Route 1 and could avoid the traffic. Diane, the host, was very communicable and helpful leading up to and during our trip! Check-in and check-out instructions were straightforward. And when we arrived, there was a welcome sign and snacks waiting for us in the kitchen that added an extra special touch to our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we will definitely be booking here again the next time we go to Rehoboth.

We just loved it! We were able to go to Henlopen so our Lab, Johnny could see the ocean. We had good friends who had moved to Millville and visited with them after many years! We ate out for dinner and enjoyed breakfasts and lunches in the condo.

Relaxing vacation

My husband and I had a very quiet and relaxing vacation at this beach condo. The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Diane was a great super host. She made check in easy and our stay enjoyable. We love the location. We had a wonderful seafood dinner at Big Fish and liked shopping at nearby outlets. We especially love being close to downtown shops, restaurants, and the beach. We are planning to come back to rent bikes to explore the nearby bike trails and use the 2 community pools and amenities.
