Enjoy your time in the trees! Hear the white water rapids of the Gauley from our front deck as you take in the scenic views of the forest. Truly, a one of a kind experience. Our treehouse is located in Boulder Trail, which is on over 100 acres of private land and has miles of private hiking trails. It also includes a common area with a covered shelter, with an outdoor Fireplace. We are located 5 minutes from Summersville Lake and 15 minutes from New River Gorge National Park!

Absolutely loved this treehouse for our family of 3! The inside was beautiful and clean, the beds were comfortable, the host communication was easy, the hot tub was so nice, and the little extras like Christmas sheets and the Christmas tree were so sweet. We would love to stay again!

Great property. We stayed during a snow fall. We could not be more cozy. Kids loved the hot tub during a snow fall. Great space for a family along with outdoor space. We will be back!

Hot tub was clean and pleasant, we had a great time. The kitchen was clean and we had what we needed to cook. We didn't use the beds in the loft area but it seemed spacious and definitely would suit a family. Also loved having the rain shower head in the shower, which was very spacious.

We had the best time. The location is close to so many fun things to do. The property itself is crazy nice. We really enjoyed evening fires in the fire pit and good conversation. Our hosts were the very best. They went out of their way to ensure that we were well accommodated. Great place! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for the weekend. Close to Summersville Lake and other places we visited during our stay. The host provides everything needed and the house is kept very clean. The property is located in a very secluded wooded area. We saw some wildlife while there.

Very nice property, a short drive to New River Gorge Park, which was the focus of our trip. A good place to stay if you want a quiet location.

Beautiful House in a Great Location

The treehouse was the perfect spot for a weekend of exploring New River Gorge and Summersville Lake. The property feels secluded, and the house is exactly as it appears in the photos. The hot tub is totally under cover, so it’s a great option for a rainy day or night.

Perfect

The Gauley River Treehouse was clean, bright and cozy! Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. I would recommend this listing to any couple for small family.

Hidden Tree House in the

It was our pleasure to stay 2 nights in a hidden tree house that was unique, clean and comfortable. It was beautiful in the autumn. It’s 30 minutes away from the Babcock State Park and the New River Gorge Bridge. We truly enjoyed our time.

Such a cool experience!!

The house was incredible and had everything we needed for a great long weekend. The private setting was so peaceful and beautiful. So many rhododendron! I can't wait to come back again!

Charming, Cozy, and convenient

This listing was well appointed and the owners were very easy to communicate with. It was very accessible to everything in the New River Gorge area. The hot tub and rain showerhead were amazing after s cold day out exploring. My children, 7 and 9, did just fine in the loft area and got used to the stairs quickly. They enjoyed having their own space and the master bed was very comfortable!

Lovely treehouse

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the treehouse property. The check in process was easy. My favorite thing about the house is that it is a new build which is hard to find in this area. The AC and fans were a must for me during the peak of summer. We used the grill on the deck and fire pit every night. The blackout shades in the bedroom work really well but I wish the bedroom doors were not opaque so that the bedroom could get darker. Also, wish there was a gate at the top of the loft to make that space more kid friendly. Those are my only 2 complaints. The location was great, it’s a short 15 min drive to Summersville Marina. It felt very secluded and private. We attempted to walk the trails on the property but it’s very dense foliage and never ended up finding the proper trails. We plan to stay here again next summer!

Host was great, very responsive to any questions, place was very clean, the experience was great. Place is very secluded and private, only complaint was the walking distance to the hot tub, but only because it was freezing outside, not a big deal. Place was fantastic. Would stay there again.
