Overbooked and canceled one day before stay

We planned to stay for the weekend, but the day before we left we got a message from my brother saying that their stay was cancelled and to expect a call. In talking with him, he had told us that this company asked him to tell us that our stay was also cancelled. Of course, he told them “no, you call them yourself”. What kind of company is this. I’m sure the stay would have been great, but we didn’t get the opportunity.

We were supposed to stay here and they called us 3 days before and let us know they overbooked but with it being 4th of July week we couldn't find any other place and we already rented a non-refundable boat so we got screwed and the only place in Utah we could find at such short notice was park city and they canceled all there city 4th of July events. So we had an ok 4th of July but definitely not the best

Excellent service, luxurious condos!

We stayed on Easter weekend and we couldn't ask for a better place to relax and stay away from the city! The room beds were amazing, kitchen and living room really clean! But what we love the most was the swimming pool! Since it was still cold to bathe in the lake the pool was really the place to hang out! The staff super friendly and you really don't need to take anything as far as cooking supplies the condos have everything! We'll plan to stay again in the summer time!
