Spacious furnished 2 bedroom apartment available for monthly rent in a great central location! It is very close to the U of A, many great restaurants and easy access to shopping.
This apartment is fully furnished. It has a large fenced in and very private back yard . Inside there are newly tiled floors, a brand new A/C unit, The layout is open concept with high ceilings, an L shaped kitchen, dining area and large living room. It is available and we are preferably seeking a single or couple for a 3 month minimum stay.
This apartment is furnished with:
Comfy couches with lots of pillows
King and Queen beds
Dressers and mirrors
Kitchen table with 4 chairs
Dishes, glasses, pots & pans, etc.
Linens and towels
High speed internet - wifi
Cable TV
Washer and dryer on site

Remove lint from dyer after each use; Garbage and recycling must be set for pick up times (see contract); post a note on the front door for deliveries to be dropped over the fence beyond the carport
