The heart of the home is a sleek and fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and every culinary tool needed to whip up a gourmet meal. This inviting area flows into a freshly renovated bathroom stocked with essential toiletries and plush cotton towels for a spa like experience.

To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, please take note of the following details:

- Parking: Onsite parking is available for one vehicle at a rate of $19 per night before taxes. 🚗

- Monthly Stays: For reservations exceeding 30 days, please note there is a $250 utility fee and a $150 monthly cleaning fee.

- Pet Policy: We are pet-friendly for one well-behaved pet under 50 lbs! Please ensure you receive approval before booking. 🐾

- Stay Essentials: We provide an initial set of toiletries to get you started. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish their own supplies.

- Monthly Maintenance: A mandatory extermination service occurs monthly during business hours to keep the building pristine.

- Check-In/Out: Early check-in (2:00 PM) and late check-out (12:00 PM) can be requested for a $50 fee, subject to availability. ⏰

Please note that for all VRBO bookings, guests are responsible for a 3.5% processing fee if the reservation is canceled

Security Deposit
A $350 damage security deposit will be held for this reservation. By booking, guests agree that any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules may result in charges against this deposit. All damages will be documented and shared if applicable.

I stayed for five nights at this apartment and really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is new, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent — close to downtown — and having an allocated parking spot is very convenient if you have a car. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Beautifully Done

The unit is beautifully done. Our family of 6 had just the right amount of space. Perfect for walking around the city and lots of great food choices close by.

Several smaller factors held this otherwise nice property back but together they added up to a “meh” to good review in our opinion. We thought the maintenance in the ceiling of the shower, the coffee grounds left in the coffee maker, the bacon grease and bits in the microwave, the threadbare sheets and throw in one bedroom, the fact that the wifi stopped working midway through our stay and the lack of printed information about thermostat adjustment detracted from an otherwise conveniently located and nicely furnished property. Somewhat far away from Yale but walkable if you’re in good shape. Better for central New Haven.

Perfect spot for our two night stay

We needed a place in the middle of college visits and this was a perfect landing spot that allowed us to relax at the end of the day. The location is an easy 15 minute walk to Yale, and very close to a pretty park (Wooster Square) and the Italian district street which has two of the famous pizza places plus some other restaurant, bakeries and cafes. We ended up going here for dinner both nights. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Living room pull out could use some more bedding and as with so many rental the bathroom needs shelves and hooks. All in all a great spot and I would stay there again.
