Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was dark as the trees blocked the unit. There were very little added extras such as limited soap in bathrooms, no q-tips, body lotion, etc.

Awesome Vacation Home for Fun and Relaxation

We had an amazing stay! The location can't be beat with the beautiful view of the golf course and mountains. We used the pool across the street everyday and were happy to find beach towels to use. We went on walks and enjoyed the barbeque and patio for family dinners. The home is very peaceful, clean, updated and perfect for our 4 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and we were grateful to find baggies, tin foil and thoughtful extras we needed to take sandwiches with us on the golf course. We had fun completing the challenging puzzle that was available to us. This is a great place to connect, relax and enjoy and we can't wait to come back!

Palmer course home rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three Bedrooms and Three Bathrooms, wonderful living room and kitchen area. Outside patio has great lounging and tables and chairs to enjoy barbecue and mountain views over the golf course. Very short drive to the PGA West Clubhouse. Downtown La Quinta is less than 10 minutes. Arnold Palmer's restaurant and Nitroinfusions are enjoyable.

Excellent

Loved the house. Everything as advertised. Only downsides: 1) 3rd bedroom across the hall from its bath makes it a little awkward for three couples; and 2) they were a little cheap with some incidentals (i.e., bath soap, dish detergent, laundry soap, toilet paper). Would give high recommendation anyway.

Great house, great location!

We stayed at this house for the Coachella festival and had a great stay! It was clean, had a great kitchen and comfortable beds. The patio in back had a nice grill and wonderful views of the gold course and mountains. The community pool right across the street was awesome as well. The only negatives were that the WiFi and cable were down for 2.5 days of our stay, but the property managers were helpful in getting it fixed and were very responsive in communicating with us. The toilet paper was pretty rough too, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d definitely recommend staying here! Very close to the festival and to the stores/restaurants in La Quinta

Cleanliness lacking

Overall enjoyed our stay given we spend all our time golfing and not at home. We found issues that speak to lack of cleaning by the management company including dirty socks underneath coffee table and food underneath couch in living room. In addition the outside patio area is a real mess with everything very dirty and unkept. p.s. You garbage disposal does not work. FYI

RNR done right

Attended Stagecoach ‘23 and stay at this location for three days. It was a wonderful oasis away from the boot stomping that was being done at the festival. The entry to the location was quiet and easy. The master bedroom came with a queen size bed I think, a closet to store everything, a private nothing crazy patio, and a master bathroom. The second bedroom came with its own bathroom, a queen size bed. The third bedroom was a full bed I think that was immediately located at the front door. The kitchen came with everything needed to make food, store drinks, and had a full size bar available for use. The outside patio came with patio furniture to lounge and enjoy the field as well as a little lake where we watched various wildlife come in and about. There is a community pool that assisted in our rehabilitation that was immediately available across from the rental. The area was quiet and no one was around when we stayed. We had the pool to ourselves for about two hours. Staff , including Steve (property manager), was very responsive and communicative with me when contacted. I would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As per other reviews, this unit is in a nice location with wonderful scenery. The unit itself was spacious for the four of us.Unfortunately there seems to be a lack of maintenance. On arrival, we found the cords to close the vertical blinds in the living room laying on the floor, broken so blinds could not be closed. A closer look at blinds in two of the bedrooms found them to be very difficult to close as well.The first evening (Friday), we used the dish washer to rinse some dishes that didn't seem to be clean. The dish washer did not drain, leaving dirty water in the washer. Plumber sent by management company (arrived on Monday) found drain pump to be defective, was not repaired during our two week stay.Bedroom door on one of the bedrooms was a bifold door, usually seen on a coat closet. Doors did not provide the amount of privacy that might be expected on a bedroom door.There are other items like the feet on the kitchen stools that kept coming off etc. We have previously rented homes in PGA West (before Covid) and had great experiences so perhaps had expectations that were too high. Sorry, but we would not recommend this unit.

Stagecoach family girls trip

I booked this property for my sister, sister-in-law and daughters to stay for stagecoach. Property was very nice and very close to the festival grounds! Property manager was super responsive and helped accommodate all of our needs. The neighbors were also very nice. Would recommend this for your stay and will definitely book again!

Royal Vacations is an excellent property management company to work with! The short walk across the street to the pool and hot tub was appreciated and the hot tub was comfortably "hot".We have no complaints nor criticisms -- thanks to all for making our stay so enjoyable!

Very comfortable stay!

We had a wonderful trip! The condo was in excellent condition, and well situated right across from the pool. Check in/out was easy, and the property manager was able to accommodate our early check-in request. I would definitely stay here again!

But it is not the INSIDE of the place that is the selling point - it is the OUTSIDE - and what an outside it is!The views are spectacular and we LOVED sitting on the back deck and watch the golfers play through the 4th hole of the Private PGA West Arnold Palmer Golf Course.The development at PGA West is perfect for a stroll or a long walk - and don't miss the Bighorn Sheep wandering the neighborhood!The pools and hot tubs are clean and plentiful and, for the most part, private (on occasion another group would be at our pool, but most of the time we had it to ourselves).

Super location!

Easy access and comfortable home during a horse show in Thermal. Just a few small issues: many loose electric outlets that make recharging devices somewhat tricky and vertical blind control cords coming undone. Small repairs needed but very nice.

Our stay was great! Perfect location next to pool and a beautiful use of the cool hills, the Comunity is very nice and clean and the house was perfect for our family thanks again we will be back next year !
