Enjoy the beauty of La Quinta in this cozy, modern home with comfortable furnishings and plenty of amenities for the whole family! During your stay, you'll have a private pool, spa, and a gas grill out on the patio.

Just over a mile away is prime shopping and restaurants at Old Town La Quinta. There are over 20 golf courses in the area or you can drive five miles north to reserve a court at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, which houses the world's second largest tennis stadium. Head six miles east to the Empire Polo Club to check out one of the many sporting events held on their 250 acres of polo fields and gardens throughout the year. It's also the home of the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals, which are held each year in April.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.

Wonderful desert escape!

We enjoyed a wonderful time in La Quinta at this property. The location is fantastic as we enjoyed walking/hiking/biking the nearby trails.

We stayed in La Quinta for a long weekend and enjoyed the place for being very close to La Quinta downtown with lots of cute restaurants and shops. Also, the house was only a few blocks from a beautiful hiking trail along the mountains, great for walking the dog, or biking. The house was very spacious, clean and has a nice pool and hot tub (which was not heated but can be heated for a fee during winter time).

Great getaway

Was an awesome place, can't wait to go back. Pool area was just the perfect size and right outside the livingroom area. House was perfect size. Loved the fact it's pet friendly.

Great Property with Fabulous Pool

Great size property, more sinks than you can shake a stick at, good location, massive living area and large pool for the size of the garden. Very well stocked with crockery, cutlery, appliances, bedding, towels, washing liquid etc. Would thoroughly recommend.

Private Family Get-A-Way with your Pup!

House was very comfortable, great kitchen for cooking and hanging out, and loved that the outside was so secure for our dog! Also, a lovely neighbor to go for walks! Pool was relaxing and the automatic shade over the pool was wonderful...limited the battles to put on sunscreen with my boys! We will for sure book this house again!

A Little R&R

Great experience! We took a long weekend just to relax and this property did not disappoint! The house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances, bedding and towels. The pool area was clean and the perfect spot to cool down and work on a tan! We will definitely come back!!
