Get away from it all, "Stargazer at Deep Creek" is waiting for you. A cozy secluded cabin with Great Mountain Views.
Cabin is located just outside entrance to The Great Smoky National Park. Two miles to train Depot and downtown Bryson City. Convenient to the White Water rafting at the Nantahala River, Tubing at Deep Creek, Fontana Lake, Cherokee, Tsali bike trails, Tail of the Dragon, Cades Cove and the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. Hitch a ride on the Pumpkin Patch & Polar Express

This little cabin was great! The towels and bedding were in great shape and everything seemed very welcoming. The hot tub was perfect for the chilly evening weather. We are looking forward to coming back and staying again.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Stargazer cabin. I made a mistake in scheduling, and I don't think you could ask for a better host, he went out of his way to make this trip happen for us despite my mistake.

Host was on the spot with email updates and videos. Cabin was great. The Space Invader game didn't work or we didn't know how to work it. The firepit had one leg broken off and it was in an awkward place at the end of the driveway. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

This is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. So close to everything we wanted to do during our stay! We had excellent communication through our whole vacation with the property manager. We would definitely book here again.

Exactly what we were looking for ...

We had a great vacation & a big part of that is staying at the right place. We highly recommend Stargazer. It was the perfect size cabin for 2 couples. The cabin was well stocked (hand soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc), clean & very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the covered porch. Close to downtown Bryson City. We'll stay here again if it's available!

This was my second time staying here, which probably says everything you need to know. The house is clean and comfortable. The beds are great and the bathrooms adequate downstairs and really nice upstairs. The back porch has rocking chairs, a swing, a table, and a beautiful view. While small, the kitchen had everything we needed. My only warning is that the road up to the cabin is very bumpy, with decent size pot holes, and steep in sections. We were thankful for the sport setting on our SUV.

Romantic Getaway

Perfect romantic getaway with everything from string lights to light our way when we arrived after dark to swing and rocking chairs on porch to throws on the couch. Cabin was clean with everything we needed for the two of us. Loved the nearness to the park and good hiking as well as easy access to downtown Bryson City.

Charming Cabin in the Mountains

This is the perfect cabin to get away for a few days! It was so quiet and peaceful. The views were nice and it's right down the road from tubing, gem mining, Bryson City, everything was within a couple of miles. The only recommendation I have, is if you are planning to use more than one bedroom be prepared to hear everything that happens upstairs and downstairs because the floors are thin. Other than that, I loved the place and will definitely come back!

Solid Choice!

Nice location where cars don't pass due to being so high up at the end of the road. Arcade game was a welcome surprise. The 2 bedrooms were both very nice. Overall, glad we choose this place. Minor stuff, few cobwebs could have been cleaned up, perhaps a better stepping path to the hot tub where you step on rock gravel (or bring sandals which I didn't) and clean some brush for a better view from the deck.

Good cabin that needs improvements!

Lots of things need attention in order to reach 5 star rating! The number one improvement needed is strong noiseless queen beds! Both beds shake, wobble, and extremely noisy!!! Let me repeat, the beds are a problem!!! Even thought I enjoyed my stay, I will not stay here again with noisy and unstable beds! Downstairs bedroom has an extension cord across the pathway to bathroom! This is unsightly and a tripping accident waiting to happen! The door also needs attention! The view of the mountain is terrific if you view from the proper spot on the porch! It would be an improvement if a few of the branches obstructing the view, would be removed! Hope these suggestion help in reaching 5 star status!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in Bryson City! From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and at home. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The peaceful mountain setting was breathtaking — perfect for morning coffee on the porch and quiet evenings under the stars.The location was ideal — secluded enough to feel like a true getaway, yet close to downtown Bryson City, the Great Smoky Mountains, and outdoor activities. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the living spaces were warm and inviting.Our host was fantastic — responsive, helpful, and clearly takes great pride in making sure guests have a great experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain escape. It truly made our trip special!
