Bear Cub Cabin- Waterfront Cabin

This 2 bedroom cabin is only feet from the water's edge at The Boulders at Squam. The pine ceilings, floors and walls provide a true camp feel. Although it is a cabin, this property is clean with modern amenities. Enjoy waking up to the sound of waves lapping at the shore line and loons calling to one another. *Please note that from the parking lot, there are two flights of stairs to get to this cottage. Stairs and uneven terrain may be challenging for those with mobility issues. *

The Boulders at Squam: This stand alone cottage is right on Little Squam Lake! The cottage is one of multiple rentals on the 2.3 acre property that share 585 feet of water frontage. There is a beautiful beach, mature trees, and free use of fire pits, grills, canoes, kayaks and paddle boards. This is the perfect place to enjoy the lake.

Guests are asked to leave the rental in a clean condition by washing all dishes and bringing trash to the dumpster at the end of their stay.

This rental does not allow pets. If you would like to bring your pet with you on vacation, please consider one of our pet friendly suites, which are suites 1, 4, 9 and 12.
Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be emailed to the guest 24 hours prior to check-in.

Smoking not permitted on the property

Guests are encouraged to use the inside and outside of this rental, both on land and on water!

Please do not go in any buildings other than your own rental, including the barn. Please do not go into the room in the back of the home that contains the water heater. Also please do not go on any docks that are labeled private.

There is not a full time host on site, but you are always welcome to reach out via the app if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable!

Guest placing reservation must be at least 25 years of age.

Quiet hours are from 11 pm - 7 am. Please be courteous to your neighbors.

Our septic systems are fragile so PLEASE do not flush anything that is not toilet paper, even if it says flushable.

Please leave the rental with clean dishes, free of trash and broom swept upon departure.
