The house was great for our group to celebrate a 50th bday party! Plenty of room for everyone. The location was great. Plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance or just a short Uber ride. Our group will be back again!!

It was an awesome stay. I do wish they had a few more small appliances to work with like a pancake griddle for our large family.

This property was more than we expected..The space was perfect for family..We enjoyed it so much we spent less time out in the city,We just enjoyed staying at the property, cooking there..And the pool was perfect all day long..It was actually shaded most of the time..I will rent from them again..

The place was fantastic. Plenty of room for everybody. Clean and as advertised. Within walking distance of many places to go eat/go out and have a drink. I would stay again.

Beautiful home! Unbelievable clean! Very comfortable! Had a great time! The walk to the beach was much much easier than it looks. Brought lots of games to play but played with the corn hole game that was stored in the garage. Highly recommend!

5 Stars for Casa Dr Las Conchas

Great place for all to enjoy with short walk to the beautiful white sands beach. We loved how close, with many walking distance, we were to several restaurants and fun spots. A must do place for family and/or friends.

Fantastic Experience

This house was beautiful, very well kept and plenty of room for all 14 of us for the week. The hosts were so communicative and assisted with two small requests very quickly and their response time was so fast from check in questions to house questions. The walk to the beach was so much easier then the map shows as well as a slightly longer, but doable walk to the main drag streets of restaurants, shopping, ice cream, etc. The check in and out process was so quick and easy. I would 100% go back with friends and family.

Excellent!

Clean and lovely, exactly as the pictures described and such an easy walking distance from the beach. Garage was full of beach and pool necessities. We didn’t need to contact the owner about anything, it was a great and easy vacation! Thanks so much!

Family Vacation

This property has a perfect layout to accommodate several couples with everyone having their own space. We enjoyed its convenient location and how well the property was stocked. The only suggestion to make this place better is the check in process. We arrived 15min before check in. Unfortunately this property does not even allow check in 1 minute early as the code is on a timer. Typically this isn't a big deal but after traveling for hours with a baby adding a 10-15 min grace period would be helpful. But we enjoyed our trip and loved this house. We would certainly rent this place again.

After our experience last year at PCB through Vrbo I was very nervous picking a place to stay. Pictures can be very deceiving! But Casa de las Conchas was absolutely perfect! The house was very clean and beautiful, the furniture was very nice, the kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. All the bedrooms were very nice the bathrooms very clean! We loved the pool area with the huge bar area and patio table, we used that every evening! So nice! The beach access was not far at all, an easy walk. We vacation with 2 other families so there is 14 of us and this house did not disappoint! Our neighbors were very nice and friendly we spoke with them often when they were outside! Thank you Beachball properties everything was great and we enjoyed our stay! The only thing it lacked was needing more bath towels and washcloths! Thanks again and we can't wait to come back next year! Lynette (Indiana)
