Great location and property

This property is very well maintained, clean, and within walking distance to the beach. It was a 6 minute walk to the private beach entrance from the property. Also, a traffic light provides immediate access to cross the street. Property has many amenities and is very spacious. Lots of family members could stay here and enjoy their privacy as well.

Beautiful Home!

We went to Orange Beach for a family vacation. With 3 adult kids and their kids, all 4 adult families had a king-size bed. Large kitchen and living room with 10 place dining table. Owners provide charcoal and lighter fluid so no need to bring for the charcoal grill. Bring your own baby gate if needed. Never found the private beach access but wouldn't have worked anyway since no parking there and we had 3 cars. No problem because there are a lot of public beaches with parking that have a fee. Our favorite beach was Gulf Islands National Park. It was 20-25 min from the house to the east end of the island. Plenty of parking at $25 which allowed us a weeks long pass. Walmart, Rouse's and Publix are all 7 minutes away if no traffic.

Family vacation

The house was very nice and fit our needs perfectly. We did have a bit of trouble locating the beach access, but once we did it was easy enough to get to the beach. just a short walk.

INCREDIBLE!!

What a stunning home in a lovely neighborhood. We vacationed with 3 generations of our family and there was plenty of space to gather together while also providing private spaces for all of us. We had an amazing time and we all want to go back and stay here again!

Amazing

We had a great time during our stay! The house was beautiful. The neighborhood was picturesque. The beach was a 3 min drive. We had great restaurants within 5-10 mins each way. The pool was a 3-5 min walk. Everything about our vacation was wonderful!

Spacious but cozy

We had a great vacation with 12 of us, 7 adults and 5 children under 12 years old. The only inconvenience is the walk to the beach. With an infant we weren’t comfortable crossing the expressway but fortunately the parking deck across the street which belongs to a church was abandoned and we were able to drive and drop off. The property and pool are beautiful and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the amenities were perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful!

This home was beautiful and the location to the beach was great. However, We couldn't find the deeded beach access and the neighborhood is up and coming so there was alot of construction noise. We enjoyed our stay soooo much. But If I had any advice, it would be don't forget extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags with you and make sure to ask for the alarm system code before arriving to the house.. We didn't have it and the alarm went off and the police came but it was sorted out quickly. I would rent here again!

Best vacation with the family, first time being away for a Holiday!

The rental property was so clean and everything was self explanatory great description of where you could find anything. Can't wait to book again.

Perfect for all ages

Property was super clean, easy to get to, was very close to everything, walk to beach easy, walk to the pool was just around the corner, and hardly any people at it. We had 7 adults and 2 children. Felt safe at the house. The bunk beds were great to have for the kids. Check in was easy, lots of communication about check and check out. I did not need anything but feel like if I had it would have been easy to get help. Everything was great and i would 100% go back to this house.

Family trip

We were hoping for a nice family vacation, and this home delivered. Very spacious and well spaced main floor, living room, and kitchen. Kitchen was well equipped for those that like to cook in. All the bedrooms having kings was awesome, and nice sized rooms as well. We always worry someone is using a certain lens to make the rooms look big, but these were so big with TVs and lots of bathrooms. The community pool was a short 2 minute walk or less around the corner which was super nice-very nice large pool with chairs and very clean. Neighborhood felt very safe. Very close to grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. We did have some trouble finding the beach access the first day but if you walk to the left and straight out of the neighborhood there is a light with crosswalk. Walk straight across you are there. We also drove 5 minutes to one of the public beaches with bathrooms a few days to try different areas out. Home was very clean and we enjoyed our stay being so close to everything and everyone had lots of space to spread out with our large family.

Our Vacations

We have stayed in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area for over 40 years and this has been by far one of the best houses that we have stayed In. The only thing I would change is a larger deck.

Wonderful Home

Everything about this home was great. It was centrally located to everything. We had 10 adults and 2 children. Everything was spotless when we arrived. I am a bit of a germaphobe and I was very at ease with how clean things were. Our master suite was great. The closet space in each room was wonderful. Will definitely try and stay here again. It fit all of our needs perfectly and it was priced very well.

Beautiful home

We had 8 adults and two kids staying here for a retreat with my & my husband’s work colleagues. I was in charge of all the meals and was so grateful for a kitchen with so many pots and pans and utensils! (There is a blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.) There was plenty of space for our group to spread out and have alone-time but also space in the living room for our meetings. All being able to eat together at the dining table was great. The beds were comfy, there were nice (and plenty of) bath towels. The laundry room was well-equipped and conveniently located in the house. The pool was very pretty and not a long walk at all. A few things to note for future renters: 1. The kitchen faucet is not broken! It’s just fancy! I had never seen a faucet that you just touch to turn on. Apparently I don’t watch enough tv with commercials. 2. There is a half bath downstairs. I didn’t remember seeing that in the photos, but it was very helpful for kids who are still potty training and for when the group was meeting downstairs. 3. Crossing the street to get to the beach with kids? There is a crosswalk, but it’s a bit of a walk down the street. We used it once and it was fine, but we had to carry the kids on the walk back because they got tired. The next time we crossed at the closer intersection, and there weren’t too many cars, so it was fine. 4. Watch out for snakes! A neighbor was kind enough to come knock and tell us that there was a water moccasin under one of our cars. Just be sure to watch out for little ones especially. Apparently alligators are also around. Yikes! On the flip side, we were happy to see a couple of bunnies! All in all, we would definitely stay here again. The house itself was very very nice. It smelled clean, and the photos do not exaggerate the quality of the place.

Thanksgiving retreat

Beautiful, spacious home. There were only six of us but we loved being able to have our own space. The management group was very responsive to questions. Enjoyed the walking trails nearby. Would love to rent again!

Beautiful property - great location

We brought two families together for second time vacationing together. There was ample space for all 14 guests and no one felt crowded. The home is beautiful and well appointed. Very easy access to the pool and the beach. The maintenance team was extremely responsive and friendly. Overall this was a wonderful vacation experience. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. Absolutely top notch.

Perfect for our family

Beautiful home. Multigenerational family with enough space to not be “on top” of each other. Walk to the beach isn’t bad. Amenities were all we needed. Will definitely stay here next time.

Loved Ot!

We went on a family vacation with another family, and this property was exactly as advertised, if not better! Appreciated the space and the location. Close enough to everything but part of a little quiet subdivision. Only issue we had was maintenance needed to be done on the lock in the middle of our stay and had trouble getting a hold of the property management company. All in all it was an incredible stay.

"COVID RELIEF"

Property is great; this home will house 12 people comfortably. Love the community and access to the national park trails. Would recommend to anyone wanting to be close to the beach in a quiet/quaint area.

Lovely home, wonderful proximity to Gulf State Park, beach and pool. Fabulous!

We loved this house! A great place for a family with kids to relax and get wonderful outdoor time while maintaining social distancing. The kids loved riding bikes in the nearby Gulf State Park, and looking for wildlife. And the crosswalk to the beach worked very well. Thank you for sharing your house! We loved it!
