Casita Perfecta is a 2 bdrm 1 bath unit built above the bodega behind the beachfront house on Looney Loop in Los Barriles. It offers views of the Sea of Cortez and direct private beach access just steps away. It is large at 1300 sq ft including the 300 sq ft patio.
This location is in prime central Barriles. Located 200 yards north of the Playa del Sol Hotel and 100 yards from Verdugo’s fishing fleet, the beach offers the best swimming with pure sand entry. It is just 2 blocks from downtown Barriles where you can walk to all your favorite restaurants bars and shops.
The unit offers all the expected amenities with a full kitchen and air conditioning in every room. Wi-Fi comes via Starlink and the big screen tv is supported with access to Netflix, Prime and Direct tv etc.
