Best Family Vacation Home ever!

It was very nice walking into a very nice clean home. Very private and everything we wanted! One suggestion would be an upgrade to the master bed it was a little too firm but still was nice. My kids said the same about there beds. But other then that it was perfect.

We work hard to make sure our vacation home is ready for each guest, and love that you have such great feedback about how clean it is. We know not all mattresses are perfect for everyone, but will take the mattress feedback into account! Hope to have you return again!

Overall Clean House and relatively nice stay though it is in need of some TLC

I will keep this short. The house was very clean. It was a great location. It was easy to get in and out of. There were many things (little all be it but many) that were wrong with the house similar to another persons post I read. After reading their post and seeing similar issues I figured not much would be resolved. I didn't call the management company to review/resolve any of these issues and I should have (they stated they fixed the issues of the other renter yet we had similar issues). I would not recommend this house to other renters. The couches in the living room were very uncomfortable, the storm door from the house to pool was difficult to open/close/lock. There were electric plugs that were loose and lost face plates. There was a fire alarm that was missing in the one bedroom. Beds were old and not in great shape. TVs didn't have HDMI Ports. Broken lamp light switch in Master Bedroom rendered it unusable. It served my family for this trip but I would not go back to this house. There are lots of options in Orlando to book from - maybe skip this one in the future. They can state that they could easily fix these problems ( and maybe they could in fairness I didn't notify them till I was home) - but most of the issues I had saw are things that shouldn't have been found by me in the first place and noticeably have been there for some time. Maybe you can try to stay at this house after 4/12/2021 and see if the issues are resolved.

Thank you for your stay! And we are happy to hear you enjoyed the resort's location and cleanliness of our home. We work hard to make sure our homes are clean and ready for every guest stay. Unfortunately, as you mentioned, we were not notified of any issue or given the opportunity to rectify the issues listed here in the review. As noted in previous reviews, when issues are reported to us during the stay, we address those issues while the guest is in house as quickly as possible. You did however, let us know after your departure that you would leave a positive review only if we would refund the cost paid for pool heat; but pool heat worked for your stay, so no refund was given. We wish we could've known and rectified the sliding door, and faceplates during your stay. This is the first we hear of the fire alarm and the lamp. While we cannot promise to change the sofa after a sole complaint, with your feedback now, we can revisit now and see if it's something that does in fact need replacing. We are sorry to hear you would not stay with us again. We truly do keep our homes to a high standard and thank you for the feedback so that we know what to fix.

I can’t say enough about how helpful and considerate the staff was. Let me start by saying that from the outside of the home and the neighborhood and location this home was perfect. Very disappointed with how dated the interior was. This home hasn’t been updated in its 19 years. Sofas were dipped in the middle which made it impossible for my husband and I to watch tv together. The kitchen cabinets were peeling. The shower floors were very old and moldy . The only upside was the pool that my grandson thoroughly enjoyed. Would not stay at this home again but will definitely try another next year

Thank you for your review. I am glad that our staff treated you kindly, we strive for excellent customer service and great memories. I do know that you called two times during your stay, one was for the bedroom headboard that was tended to immediately and the other for pool heat, which too, was tended to immediately. I am very disappointed to hear about your remarks about the home. We have just completed a 48-hour inspection on the home and found that all that was reported is not what the condition of the home is in. I am sorry that you saw to report these issues, but again, we have had no issues with this home and are happy to report that this home books often, without these complaints!
