Great vacation

We stayed with extended family for a bit over a week and had an enjoyable vacation. Property grounds felt safe and well kept and the pool area and clubhouse were very nice. Location was great with shopping and many restaurants nearby. Condo was in good condition and communication with rental service was amazing. The carpets were a bit worn on the stairs and the couch had seen better days, but other than that a very nice place to stay.

Vacation at Disney

We stayed here on a recent visit to Disney World and the family of 6 and our dog had a great time with plenty of space for everyone. The rooms are large with bathrooms conveniently located in or adjacent to each bedroom. The kitchen was modern and well appointed although I did not think the pots were of a very good quality. We were doing minimal cooking so they were adequate for our needs. The washing machine was over size which reduced the number of loads necessary. The leather sofa was very worn but also very comfortable.. The route to Disney by way of Westside to Avalon to Herzog roads was only about 10 minutes but another 10 minutes until you arrived at the individual parks. If you have a pet we recommend Bass pet resort and spa. They even picked our dog up each morning. We would pick up and bring home mid afternoon then go back to park.

I am sorry the pots and pans were not in good shape. I will be certain to get that taken care of. If you ever return, give us a call and we will have new pots brought out anytime. The amenities were excellent. Very clean. Loved the splash pool and the very large pool. Unit is typical rental unit. Basics, Need some plastic plates and cups for children. All were glass. Also not enough spoons. We had to buy plastic when we all wanted to eat ice cream. Check in was not good. We had the code but could not get the screen to light up. There is not a button to push, you have to put at least 3 fingers over the pad to get the pad to light up so you can get the code in. I know the people beside us left to find somewhere else to stay for the night when they couldn't get in. It was a Saturday around 8 in the evening. No one there to help

Nice...but

Property was clean and look as advertised. Except the property was being painted. So all the windows had plastic sheeting over them, for the duration of stay and screening was removed from the lunai, so it was full of bugs upon arrival. After 2nd night all the furniture on the private pool lunai was piled into the center for the painters to paint. So this was disappointing as we were looking forward to using the pool after long days at the theme parks but didn't want to deal with the mess to be able to enjoy the lunai. All of my disappointment would of been null if I had been told about the ongoing known maintance work ahead of time and if a discount was offered or if I had at least the choice to know of painting ahead of time so we knew there maybe some inconvenience.

Really nice

Very nice, clean rental. The beds were comfortable which is a huge bonus for us. Nice space and clean bathrooms. We enjoyed the small pool. Was a very short walk to the main pool area. We enjoyed the little theater too. Being able to have our small dog with us was wonderful. Would stay again!

Great place.

The unit itself is great! Fully loaded, spacious and nice. Everything you could ever need. Enough space for an extended family vacation. If you plan on going to Disney, the location is ideal. It also has groceries, restaurants and other amenities just a short drive away. You do need a car though. But in the orlando area a car is pretty much essential anyways. The private pool is great to chill at the end of the day. Also, great if you travel with your pet. It’s a gated community with other common areas and a big pool we didn’t get to enjoy but they seemed very nice. Lastly, the management company was very diligent in replying to questions and the check-in/ checkout process was really smooth. Totally recommend it.

We had a very nice stay and a good part of that was due to how nice this condo was.

Was the listing description accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc ? - Yes Was the property clean and well-maintained ? - Yes, very clean Did the owner provide good customer service ? - We had no interaction with the owner. Would you recommend this property to your friends or relatives ? - Yes What activities, attractions and restaurants did you like or dislike near by ? - Very close to the theme parks and to many restaurants.

And when you are ready, the fitness center is waiting for you! Theme parks? Nearby! The resort is minutes from Walt Disney World and within easy access to I-4 which leads to all of Orlando's other attractions.
