Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your stay. We apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered upon arrival and the inconvenience of finding ants in one of the rooms. We take cleanliness seriously and will address this with our cleaning team to ensure a higher standard is maintained. We're sorry to hear that the pool heating did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will look into this to ensure the pool heating functions as expected for future guests. It's helpful to know that the location is more ideal for Disney than for Universal, as this information can assist future guests in making informed decisions when booking.
