Would recommend

I recommend this property. Cleanliness was great. Beds were all comfortable. A few baby items are helpful. We very much enjoyed the private splash pool & lanai. Furniture was great for our stay inside & outside. As the house accommodates 8 guests.....more silverware would have been nice. There was about 9 forks. We used the kitchen for almost every meal. Couple suggestions for owners: Add 1-2 servings of coffee to your supplies included in case guests arrive late & cannot shop on arrival day. Also - the only dirty thing I noticed that could use some attention is vent fan in master bathroom. Also more kitchen items: utensils, pizza pan or sheet pan, silverware & more plastic plates & cups for the lanai would be nice. But overall would recommend staying here.

Walt Disney World

The property was just as described and very functional. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was warm enough for the kids to swim in. Having bedrooms upstairs allowed the kids to watch TV and play without scattering toys downstairs. I would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I have is we arrived 20 minutes before the allotted “check in time” of 4:00 and we had to wait in the car until 4:00 which was ridiculous. We scheduled groceries for a drop off time between 4:00-5:00 and naturally the driver arrived at 4:01 as we were trying to unlock the door. The condo is managed by a corporation and I understand the rules but I called beforehand and asked about arriving earlier than 4:00.

Happy with our villa.

Our villa was very nice. The kids really enjoyed the clubhouse amenities. We would definitely recommend the property. The only reason I rated it a 4 was because the pool/hot tub closed early in the evening.
