This cozy home on Hatteras Island offers an open great room with plenty of comfortable seating and a well-stocked eat-in kitchen with a dining area for 6. Down the hall, all three bedrooms boast TVs and comfortable bedding.

Rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before dining al fresco at the covered picnic table, or relaxing and taking in the warm salt air on the furnished sun deck. Spend your days on the beach with a good book, with convenient beach access at the end of the street!

Laughing Gull is located close to numerous shops and restaurants, including Sunrise Seafood Market, Burger Burger, Mad Crabber, Oceana’s, and more.

Please note, there is a security camera in use under the house.

This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes. The owners are willing to accommodate up to 3 dogs.
