Whitney, thank you for sharing your experience at Sea Grapes - #14. We sincerely regret that the cleanliness of the home did not meet expectations upon your arrival, particularly regarding the issues you described. These comments have been shared with our housekeeping team for immediate review. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the home's setting. It is classified as oceanfront, however, natural dune systems are part of the natural Outer Banks landscape to help protect the shoreline. These dunes can sometimes influence how the ocean is viewed from the home while still allowing direct beach access nearby. We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to review both housekeeping and listing details as we continue working to improve the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
