About this space
One of Lake Cayuga’s most beautiful homes; but NOT a McMansion (cozier and more tasteful :).
West side Cayuga Lake south of Taughannock Park. Screen porch with gorgeous view.
Only 13 steps to shore and slate beach, this house is closer to the water than most other lake homes you’ll see listed.
Large and flat back yard, suited for volleyball or croquet!
Beautifully decorated and fully appointed.

Everything you see in photos! 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, game room with ping pong and foosball, 2.5 baths,
Back yard, beach, dock, front patio, parking area, garage, basketball area
Guest access
All of property including garage, extensive yard and lawn, beach, dock, etc.
Other things to note
There is plenty of stacked wood for shore bonfire.
Large front loading washer/dryer, with laundry detergent, fabric softener, hangers, folding area, conveniently located in mud room.
High quality iron. Ironing board (in dining room closet).
