Farmstead Studio with Sport Court and Miles of Forest Trails

The building has a fully furnished studio apartment with 1 full bathroom, Queen-sized sofa bed, bunk beds and sleeps 4 comfortably.

In addition to the building, people staying with us will have access to the sport court (tennis, full length basketball court and volleyball court.) Guests will also have access to 3+ miles of wilderness trails on property (no hunting please.). Kayaks and other outdoor items are also available.

We are located approximately 2 miles south of Lake Templene and Glen Oaks Community College and just 7 miles from Klinger Lake. The St Joseph County Fairgrounds are less than 5 miles away.

Very Private!

I put my elderly parents up here for the holidays. The place is very clean and they had everything they needed. There are bunk beds, but the other bed is a couch that flips out to a Queen sized bed. The bed was comfortable, but they ended up just sleeping on the couches which were more than adequate. Although the host was in contact with me making sure that nothing was needed, my folks said they never saw anyone. I can see in the summer time this being a great place for a family with a campfire pit and a tennis court. I would for sure put friends or family up there again if the need comes up! Book with confidence!

Wonderful place

The description does not do this place justice. It was was great. Sofa bed was comfortable. Place was clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Wedding event

Stayed for a destination wedding. Clean accommodations, sleeps 4 comfortably. A/C was cold, nice accommodations. Would book here again.

Quiet, Private Efficiency

Great efficiency— clean, quiet off the road on a beautiful farm. Equipped kitchen area with table/chairs for meals. Microwave, 2 burner electric stove, toaster oven, K-Cup coffee maker. Shower in bathroom with rain shower head. Very clean, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating to our needs. Would definitely come again!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL

Oh man do I wish we had more time here! This property is an absolute steal! Just gorgeous and so peaceful! Felt like a scene from a movie! The host was very responsive and the house itself was put together nicely! Thanks so much for having us!

Great Hideaway

Very nice little efficiency. Sleeping accommodations are slightly “juvenile”, but bunk beds were in the description, just not “adult bunk” suitable really. The outdoor environment and gaming area are outstanding.

At home on the Gump Farm

This property suited our needs perfectly. We have a puppy and this was so much better than being cooped up in a hotel room. The mini kitchen set up was really good for what we needed. The farm is quiet and just down the road from a relative i was visiting. I would definitely stay again!

Better than expected

Honestly didn’t know what to expect when I booked this property. My husband and I were in need of a place to stay for his tournament that would also accommodate our dog. The pictures on the listing do not do the property justice. It was clean, well stocked with the basics and had a lot of sporting equipment for the kids to keep busy. We traveled with our 6, 4 and 8 month old and we all fit nicely and were comfortable. Although the apartment is close to the owners house, they respect your privacy and leave you be. Owners are very friendly and have a beautiful property. Definitely recommend booking if you are looking for something in the area!
