Luxury 2-story town home with flat screen tv's in every room & front porch entry.
This floor plan offers privacy with a bedroom/bathroom combination on main level and a shared bathroom between two bedrooms on the upper level. Large flat-screen TV's in each bedroom and living room. Private front covered porch entry and additional back entrance.
Newly renovated, bright open floor plan w/ luxurious finishes!
Equipped with washing/drying machine, dishwasher, cookware, dining ware, kitchen utensils and Keurig all for your usage. Nice large kitchen w/ island, new stainless appliances, exquisite quartz countertops, island with bar stools, dining room table, and nice living area with all new & chic furniture.
Two bedrooms have king beds, the third room has a queen, and there is a king sleeper sofa in living room. Apartment sleeps 8. Street Parking only.
Walking distance to coffee shops, great bars, restaurants, the acclaimed Mary Mac's Tea Room, Piedmont park, The Atlanta Beltline, Ponce City Market, Historic Old Fourth Ward Park.
Walking distance to a bike share station and MARTA(public transportation).

So close in but SO quiet! We kept saying how surprised we were that the loudest thing outside was the birds. We stayed for an event at Georgia Tech and the location was ideal. We will recommend it to friends!

Super happy with our stay at this rental. Good communication with owner and easy booking. Very clean and comfortable. Everything is provided that you would need. In a safe and good area of Atlanta with tons of great things nearby. Street parking is a bit difficult but they were very clear about that in the listing. Would recommend this place for sure!

Location is excellent, and place has all amenities described. Cleanliness was the biggest concern, dirty light switches, sheets (multiple makeup stains), pull out bed, area rug. Due to our short 3 day stay with packed itinerary including a graduation, did not communicate these items to host while there but hope that they can addressed before others visit. Certainly could be an excellent place if these things were addressed.

This was a modern place to land - clean and spacious, and in a perfect location for everything we needed to do. Restaurants and attractions are close by, but you get the feel of a neighborhood.

Beautiful home in a great location.

Excellent day! The the host was always available, and receptive to help at any time. The home was beautiful and exactly as advertised in the pictures. Location was great in a nice safe neighborhood where if you wanted, you could walk to local spots, or take a quick inexpensive Uber to other locations. Will definitely stay again.

Atlanta Getaway

Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Atlanta (6/27-7/2/25). This property was at a great midtown location. It was a lovely home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was well maintained and spacious. The owner responed quickly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property.
