この壮大なビーチフロントコンドミニアムは、ディスカバリーポイントクラブの有名なセブンマイルビーチの静かな端に位置しています。

最近改装された禁煙の2階建てコンドミニアムは、休暇の楽園です！ クリスタルクリアなターコイズブルーの海、自然のままの砂浜、プール＆ジャグジー、素晴らしいシュノーケリング、ドラマチックな夕日はすべて、リビングルームのソファから見ることができ、息をtakingむような景色を楽しめるバルコニーのすぐそばにあります。

キッチンは最近、御影石のカウンタートップとステンレス製の電化製品で改造されました。 必要なものはすべて揃っています。

マスターベッドルームには、専用バスとウォークインシャワー付きのキングベッドがあります。 2番目のベッドルームには、フルバスルーム/シャワーと浴槽、2つのツインベッド（キングサイズベッドに変換するオプションがあります）もあります。

道を1マイルほど行ったところに、大型の近代的な食料品店があります。 15〜20分歩くなら、シーファイアリゾート（＆ウォータースポーツ）のココロボ、キャリコジャックス、ボギーサンズダイナー、アルフレスコで食事ができます。 幅広いレストランは、車、バス、タクシーですぐです。

また、世界的に有名なスキューバダイビングのためにケイマン諸島を訪れると、オフィスの後ろにリンス/乾燥ステーションがあります。

Great place to stay! Away from the noise, quiet peaceful beach. The unit was super clean, well equipped and a beautiful view of the water. Loved our stay!

Condo was on the northern side of seven mile beach. Lovely condo with all the basic needs covered. Received a fruit basket upon arrival after checking in at managers office. Had to stand in the rain and wait for someone to come to the door though, as it was locked and had to push a “paging” button located next to the door and wait for someone to answer. Condo was well furnished on the second floor with a small tub of water to wash sandy feet in, before entering the condo. Salt and pepper was all the seasonings in the pantry along with plenty of coffee filters. Air conditioning worked great in the condo except…. The master bedroom. The air comes out of the register in the master but it isn’t enough to cool down the bedroom unless you turn the temp on the thermostat way down. But it makes all the other spaces almost too cold. The beach is great and has plenty of coral and rocks to snorkel right off the beach. Plenty of chairs/ cabanas to use as well. Good Wi-Fi signal too.

Discovery Point Club

We had a great week at the Discovery Point Club, from the view to all the amenities the condo offered were top notch.Everyone from the front desk to room staff and Germaine, who took care of the grounds were excellent, helpful and friendly.We can’t wait to return for our vacation next year .

Loved Discovery Pointe

This 2nd story unit overlooked the ocean and the view was breathtaking from the screened in patio or the beach. There were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach for everyone. Great snorkeling on-site. The unit had everything we needed including a large basket with snorkeling equipment for guests. The pullout sofa had a very comfortable mattresses. We didn’t rent a car but had fun riding the busses or taking taxis. I would recommend a rental car if you’re comfortable driving on the left side of the street and navigating roundabouts in traffic congestion. I highly recommend a sunset cruise with Red Sail sports and dinner at the Cracked Conch.

Amazing getaway

My husband and I snuck away for a few days, and had the best time! The place was just as amazing as the pictures posted, very clean, the staff was so friendly. Shari was also so kind and accommodating. It was our first visit, and we are already looking forward to our next return. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful View

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The convenience to shopping, snorkeling and restaurants was perfect for us. The view was beautiful, with the back porch looking out over ocean & beach. The owner’s recommendations for activities and where to eat were also helpful.

Beautiful condo right on the beach

Everything you need to feel at home away from home! Gorgeous view from the screened-in porch. Comfy beds and sofa bed. Clean rooms! Showers were clean and had good pressure. Working appliances and plenty of kitchenware for our family of 5. Dishwasher and washer/dryer were extremely handy to have! Everything described in listing was 100% accurate. Only thing we noticed were the vents in the hallway bathroom and in the kitchen could use some cleaning. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Fabulous West Bay oceanfront condo

Communication with Shari as owner was timely, helpful and accurate. Condo location is on a fabulous and quiet part of West Bay. We really enjoyed our week and look forward to booking again next year.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

The condo is very nice with a beautiful ocean front view. You can hear the waves crashing and enjoy drinks on the balcony overlooking the beach. Very quiet and tranquil! The grocery and liquor store is a short 10min walk down West Bay Road, or you can flag down a bus for only $2 USD. Avoid Taxi's and get a rental car if needed or you'll spend $40 USD to go anywhere. There are many great restaurants within a 10 min drive, you won't run out of options. Make sure to book a charter boat to take you to Stingray City; it's an absolute brain overload of awe!

Great location on 7MB-needs some “refreshing”

Great location! Great beachfront! Great snorkeling right there! Unit was not luxurious but was adequate for 4 adults. Knives and nonstick sauté pans and knives need replacing. The knives were so dull and had lots of rusting. The mini food processor was broken which we reported to the property manager. The blender was too small We would have cooked more if the kitchen was outfitted better. Also the grill area was under construction and grills looked dirty and old. Maid service and replenishment of towels was great. Beware of bug bites. My daughter and I got eaten up the first night looking at the pool area. If you are outside at dusk or after, or eating on a patio area at a restaurant (which we did several times) slather on bug repellent. We still got bitten but not as bad as the first night. We never used the pool, just minimal use of the hot tub. Many of the hot tub intakes for the jets leaked so maybe that caused the bug problem with standing water? One other recommendation-get a smart tv in the living area. Yes, I know it’s the beach, and we never touched the TVs in bedrooms as we aren’t big tv people, but it’s still nice to be able to watch a movie occasionally at night while escaping the bugs.

Beautiful spot. Condo is as advertised. Probably undersold the quality of the beach and water, walkability of beach, snorkeling and overall experience. Staff at the complex is friendly, competent and helpful. Owner was responsive and helpful. We will definitely return.

Excellent Choice

Great Location on 7 Mile Beach Owner is very helpful, from booking to providing restaurant and things to do recommendations. Property Managers and Staff are so friendly and helpful Unit is nice, well maintained, and perfect for anyone wanting a 2 BR Condo. Condo has everything you need: beach cooler, floats, beach and pool towels, and Satellite TV's work great. Enjoyed our short stay immensely.

THIS IS IT!!!

Look no further, this is it!! My husband and I could not have ask for a better condo or location. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. King bed in the master was fantastic. DPC staff was awesome and took care of anything we need, even cleaning my conch shells for me. Ocean is just literally right out the door and the sunsets are stunning. If your looking for a great condo with a very low key environment and no crowded beach, then THIS IS IT🏝️🌺🏖️🌴🐠🐡.

A jewel on 7 Mile Beach

Lovely place, with a stunning waterfront and sunset views, and a great beach. Good snorkeling reefs literally right off the beach in front of you, and plenty of places to swim as well. Very nice grounds with friendly and helpful staff - not crowded and good availability of chairs and shade coverage. Highly recommended!

Perfection

This condo is just perfect. The beach behind it is quiet and plenty of chairs and shade. You can snorkel to two really nice reefs right off of the beach. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Maid service was a big treat! We loved staying in West Bay. You have beauty serene beaches but are minutes from 7 mile Beach stores, restaurants etc. Many restaurants and a grocery store near by. The view is unbelievable. We enjoyed the screen porch a ton!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo.

Great Snorkeling!

We had a wonderful time, the condo was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. The daily housekeeping and towel service by the pool was such a nice added bonus for us and we also loved the use of grills! Groceries were so close as was so many great attractions. Was easy to get chairs each day and all the guests and visitors were so friendly. The snorkeling right in front of the condo was perfect for my 3 year old son for his first time, he had a blast and the property was a perfect oasis for exploring the beautiful island of Grand Cayman!!

DPC #14 is #1

This was our second trip to Grand Cayman but our first at Discovery Point. Everything about our experience was top notch. The owner was very accommodating and made great recommendations. The location is great. Quiet and private but so convenient to restaurants, shopping etc. The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. The unit has a spectacular view. It is decorated nicely and is very well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing wonderful vacation. I highly recommend.

After 15yrs of vacationing in Grand Cayman, we finally decided to make it our "home away from home" and own our little piece of paradise!

We had so many relaxing vacations watching our boys play in the sand and frolic in the gorgeous blue sea. We always loved driving around and exploring the island with its gorgeous scenery, beaches, great eating spots and fabulous snorkeling!

We always felt so safe and comfortable that we decided there was no need for us to visit any other islands, Cayman was the place for us!

Whether you are relaxing inside or on the balcony you will enjoy the stunning ocean views. You can take morning walks on the beach, snorkel gorgeous coral reefs in your own backyard and watch tropical sunsets from the balcony while sipping a Pina Colada!!

You will find our unit fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation in paradise

Bringing kids? We have lots of sand toys, games and videos to keep them happy. The pool is beautiful and there are tables/umbrellas to enjoy a family meal together. We also have BBQ's in the front of the building for you to use.

Not renting a car? All excursions will pick you up and drop you back. Many restaurants deliver and the bus is an air-conditioned minivan for $3.00pp and will stop right in front of the condo. Taxi's are always available but more costly.

We have a washer/dryer right inside the condo so you don't need to over pack!

This will be your best vacation ever, that we can promise!
