Sunny Beach Retreat on Siesta Key

This coastal, two bedroom, two bath condo offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is located on beautiful Siesta Key, with the number one voted beach in the USA. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare family meals. The comfortable living room is furnished with a large screen tv and free WiFi. Enjoy sitting on the lanai overlooking the resort-style swimming pool. Just a short walk to the beach, it’s perfect for couples, families, or friends looking to unwind in the sun.

The space
Our condo is located on the second floor and overlooks the heated pool. You’ll have full access to the entire space during your stay. Please note that two interior closets are locked and reserved for the owners. The beach supplies closet is conveniently located on the lanai, with chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon. Also includes fishing gear for fishing in the Intercoastal waters off the pier.

Guest access
You have access to the entire condo except for two small closets. Full access to clubhouse and swimming pool.

Other things to note
Full streaming 4k TV's are available in 3 rooms but logins are not provided. You are welcome to login to your own accounts. A small dedicated workstation for those who need to conduct business.

We are a 13 minute walk to the closest public beach access, which is #12,
Crescent Beach and a 5 minute drive to the Main Siesta Beach access with large parking lot and restrooms.
The Breeze trolley picks up at our condo and takes you everywhere on Siesta Key, including restaurants, all beach access points, shopping, etc.

We do require you to be 25 yrs. of age to reserve our condo.

The host was very accommodating and helpful. Quick to respond to messages also. The condo was perfectly located and was beautiful. Very comfortable! Linens, beach towels and extras provided. Even a beach buggy. We felt at home the whole trip!Highly recommend a visit!

Awesome place, nicely decorated.Took awhile to figure out tv channels. Loved that trolley stop was right out front. Hike to beach access wasnt too bad. I would stay here again.

Our family has a lovely stay at this condo! Kid friendly with my 4 and 5 year old. They had beach toys, fishing gear and a nice large pool. We opted to drive rather than walk to the beach- we visited in October and it was not a busy beach season so parking was not an issue. No keurig but they provided ground coffee which was very appreciated! The condo had everything we needed for our trip. It was very clean and the furniture was comfy. Sarasota and the beaches never disappoint!

This property was spotless! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, etc; salt & pepper, EVOO and coffee too. Lots of blankets and pillows. Beach cart and chairs were great! Location is about a 15 minute walk to public beach entrance. Overall a great rental unit.

The beaches were in close proximity and the pool was well maintained. The combination of the two were key to our happy vacation. There is also a beautiful pier for fishing and watching the sunrise. The condo was well appointed and very clean. We did have some problems with the WI-FI going in and out throughout our stay.

Great location and immaculate place. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Communication was on point and the property snd condo had everything we needed for a pool and beach vacation. Betsy was the best!!!

The condo was clean and modern, was as listed and decorated nicely. It was in a good location. The balcony was nice to sit on for meals and relaxing. The pool was nice. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was adequate for meal preparation and appliances worked well. It was really nice that the owners provide a wagon, chairs, umbrella and towels for going to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if we return to Siesta Key.
