f you stay with us you are in Downtown Des Moines just blocks from the Principal Building and all the well known bars and restaurants the city has to offer. Easy access to the interstate, and a 15 minute walk to downtown. You are 15 minutes or less from anywhere you could want to go! This is an up and coming area, in a newly developed loft apartment. Come check out this hidden gem
