Work Outing

3 coworkers stayed here for a team outing in the area. The house was great, and the rest of the team enjoyed coming over to play pool and pac-man. Host was very communicative and great to work with. It was clean and exactly as described. Easy drive over to the Grandscape and other restaurants and activities in the The Colony.

Great for our family

The house was exactly what we needed with location and amenities. We had everything we needed and were able to conveniently travel to multiple attractions. We were near friends, shopping and adventures. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean and made our vacation convenient and simple!

Place was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Had a couple of issues, but was repaired promptly.

Review cowboy casita

Enjoyed our stay. Great a/c! The game room does not have a/c but a fan was provided to funnel the air in there making it pleasant. There are just enough towels for six. The washer & dryer work great as well! The fridge does have a couple ice trays so if you need more ice, bring some with you. All the pots pans dishes etc for a full functional kitchen are there! It was quiet and comfortable in the neighborhood. No real complaints!

Amazing place

Everything about this home was perfect - cute theme decoration, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Host was very communicative & checked in that all was well. Highly recommend this host & home!!

Great birthday trip!

Overall the house was wonderful! No complaints! Exactly what we were looking for! Would definitely book again. The game room in the garage was a great idea!

Week Stay

The house is in a great location in regards to activities and restaurants. We rarely had to leave The Colony to find a something to do. The game room was the highlight for our kids. The bottom piece of the connect four was damaged, but we were still able to play. The beds were very comfortable and the temperature was perfect for evenings. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to other families.

Turned for the worse

Communication before stay began was great once stay time arrived things went down hill yard wasn’t cut so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside listed to entertain and was eaten up by insects some of the beds are uncomfortable also tried charging us for front tv being damaged when we didn’t use it do to when turning it on screen was appeared to be losing color tube we reported immediately an offered to show pics so we wouldn’t be responsible but also thought it was weird they didn’t let us know about the tv and we had no tv during the stay and falsely charged 470 in which we disputed I think that is very unprofessional an untrustworthy neighbor hood was great an family oriented during the stay if you do book take pictures of everything first day and last an make sure to report everything as we did so there is a paper trail in your conversations because this was ridiculous
