The house was exactly how it was described and was a great stay. Nice quiet neighborhood with shopping not to far a way. Will definitely come back and recommend to family and friend.

The house was nice and worked for our time there. Luckily we did not spend much time at the house. The beds were very comfortable and once the air conditioning was to temperature it was nice. The washer and dryer was great.When we walked in the property the air was completely off and it was 80 degrees inside.2 Light bulbs were out - one over the kitchen island and another over the dining table.The faucet in the kitchen leaks so badly it floods the counter top while doing and small task in the sink. Very annoying Knives are so dull they cut worse than plasticBlinds were taped and broken in placesThe 2 Chairs by the fireplace were broken and could not even be sat in.And the pool was full of leaves. We would have loved to clean it out and swim but the pool cleaning net was all but destroyed. What a disappointment.

We loved the house! It had plenty of space for my teenage son, his friend, and myself. All of the beds are queen or smaller, so if you and your spouse are used to a king bed it could feel a bit tight—but it worked well for us.There was a small hiccup when housekeeping was delayed due to an accident, but the property manager responded immediately, the cleaner came quickly, and they even gave us a small credit to grab dinner. Excellent service.The yard is beautiful and the pool is fantastic—very deep, so maybe not ideal for young kids who can’t swim, but it is extremely secure, which gave me peace of mind. The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet, which made the stay even more relaxing.Inside, the house is spacious with a nice game area that we really enjoyed. The only real downside was the WiFi—it was pretty unreliable. I had to take a couple of work calls and it was a bit of a struggle.Other than that, the house was great, the location is close to everything, and I would absolutely stay here again!

Family Vacation 2025

Overall, the space fit our needs! The check-in process was very smooth! Although i would not give a bad rating, i would like to share some things we experienced during our stay that could use improvement:*The kitchen remodel was nice, but the faucet leaked and there were items on the listing that were not at the property. The skillets were left dirty and not big enough to cook for family of 6. *There was also limited seating in the main living space (no couch or bar stools), and the dining room table and chairs seemed poorly constructed and cheap. *I had to purchase lightbulbs for the main bathroom. Only 2 lightbulbs (of 3) were working but one of those was flickering. There was no bulb in the closet space in main bath.* The exhause fan in master bath did not work.* The blinds throughout were cheap and many broken/lack of curtains made house hotter with the sun shining through.*The house was so hot when we first got there (85). It took about 16-18 hours to finally cool down. Maybe you should have someone turn the unit on the morning someone is checking in.* One of the lamps in master bedroom could not be plugged in due to the end of the plug had no prongs on it (female end).* The noodles in the pool were so hard from sitting in the sun that they cracked and broke as soon as they were used.*The cleaning lady showed up at the property at 9am and sat in her car outside until we left. It made us feel rushed and like we were being watched.

This was a great home. The check in process was a breeze. Very cozy and the beds were actually comfortable! Props for the blackout curtains. The kiddos loved the games and the pool. They did offer a couple of essentials needed to get the trip started. I did email the point of contact before the trip and sadly did not get a response. Everything worked out though!

Overall, we enjoyed staying at this property. The check in process was smooth. Our boys LOVED the ping pong table and the pool was great too. This property was big enough for us all to fit comfortably. Having the ability to do laundry was a nice option as well.A few suggestions to make this property better:Either replace or wash the shower curtain in the main bathroom. It had stains all over it. We also noticed that there was a huge cob web in the kitchen ceiling. The kitchen table was sticky and had visible food stains on the placemats. Lastly, the trash directions were a bit confusing. When we got there, we had to put the trash cans out that night. Before we left, we put the trash cans out again but the neighbor took them back to the side of the house.

Not as expected

Tre house itself was fine. Quiet neighborhood. The pool was nice. House a bit older but honestly that was fine. Our biggest issue is that the house did not seem rent ready. The furniture was very cheap and flimsy. The kitchen was not as advertised and lacked knives and pans for basic cooking. The kitchen faucet needs attention. Be prepared to get wet every time you turn it on. Other things were also broken when we arrived. The laundry closet door was broken. The ironing board was broken. The washing machine and dryer did not clean our towels. There was a lamp in the master that had a broken plug. Several of the rooms had light bulbs out or not working. The closet in the master was nice but there was little dresser storage which made staying there for over a week difficult. There were no beach towels to use after swimming. Again, just not rent ready.

Adorable home

Very cute home! Attempted to contact the property manager three times with no response. Overall, it was a great stay. The pool was perfect for our toddlers, and the pool fence put our mind at ease! The kitchen was fully stocked, only one ping pong ball that we could use for the ping pong table and only one golf ball upon arrival. The bedrooms and beds were clean, as well as the bathrooms but the vent in the master does not work.

Really fun

Great place to stay at with friends or family, has plenty of room for 6 adults we just had 5. There were some spots that were not clean when we got there, game room area gets really warm. Outside area in backyard wasn’t picked up (had a bag full of balloons that weren’t ours plus a ton of branches and leaves on the ground). Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place to others!
