We believe that better communication would have allowed us to resolve concerns and help make your experience a five-star one.- The A/C system settings and available fans were discussed during your stay. While we understand this might have felt restrictive, we aimed to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.- As listed, the home features two dining areas: one that seats six and another that seats four.- All beds in the home are under a year old, and we inspected the mattresses after your visit without finding any issues.- Regarding linens, we provide essentials like hand towels and paper towels, which we have found most practical since the pandemic.
