Your own small refrigerator/freezer & microwave. Private & shared entrance. Shared - full kitchen, laundry & peaceful outdoor patio w/fire pit, gas grill & projector screen. Smart TV , Wi-Fi.
1 small hypoallergenic dog is upstairs. No other pets on property unless pre-approved

Private lower level apartment. Full walkout to back yard/patio
Guest access
Shared access to lower level thru garage. Private access by walking around house to lower level.
