Great stay!

The view was great and the house is beautiful! The double bed is a futon and the twin is a couch, so keep that in mind for your stay. There was a houseless camp nearby, but overall we felt safe. This location is great and we had an amazing stay!! It’s close to everything downtown, amazing restaurants, bars, and close to Minute Maid, Toyota Center, convention center, and BBVA stadium.

Houston hideaway

The townhome is beautifully decorated and in a super spot just 1.3 miles from downtown Houston. Highly recommended.

Very convenient location. Slept our party of 7 comfortably with room to spare with dual primary bedrooms a plus. Bathrooms were all luxurious.

Perfect Family Set Up

My husband; our 2 adult sons and their wives (our daughters-in-love) and our 5 y/o granddaughter had a wonderful time. The space was the right size for our group, but still allowed for private spaces as well. The vrbo was well-appointed. The management was responsive when we had a glitch with the door code and we appreciated his quick response. I would recommend if you needed to be in the city and needed the space.

Slightly disgruntled

Taking a step away and objectively evaluating the situation it makes sense that yes, this stay was during the holiday and as the host reported, the usual "help" was a way and processes were not performed as usual. Given that myself, my 67-year-old mother and 20 month old baby were the only guests and that we reported all the damages that were not addressed prior to our stay, why would we then be deemed accountable for smoking within the premises??? We reported the broken bathroom door handle, the missing garage door opener, the bags of trash left in the front of the house, the window left wide open (which is against policy). All of these things the owner knew nothing about prior to our reporting which is why it occurred to us that there was no "follow up" after the last guest. It was later confirmed by the host that there was no follow up done after the previous guest and why these damages were unaccounted for. Having been targeted by the assumption and accusation that the smoking was done by us was appalling and nevertheless, has left negative feelings. As if the previous damages would then become ours???The apology left by the host fell short, too little too late. Hopefully this helps and detours other professionals who are respectful and courteous from being falsely accused/reduced to less than so....simply unacceptable.

Great place and location!

The house was even better in person. Everything was great! The only thing we couldn't enjoy was the rooftop but only because Houston is HOT haha. Location to downtown was great and always just a short uber ride back and forth. I definitely recommend and will revisit my next trip to Houston.
