Dock, deck, outdoor shower, and patio furniture availability may vary seasonally and depend on weather and lake conditions.

Exterior security cameras are used for safety and property protection. Cameras are located on the exterior of the home and monitor exterior entry, driveway, parking, and outdoor property areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.

This home does not have a basement. During severe weather, guests should monitor local weather alerts and follow local emergency guidance for shelter.

The lake and beach conditions vary daily throughout the season. Water clarity, algae, and water levels are natural conditions that are outside of our control.
