For a more economical option, parking is available at 400 W 42nd St, Miami Beach, FL 33140, for only $8 per day, about a 15-minute walk from the property. The free trolley service can take you right to the parking garage.
For your convenience, we recommend downloading the PARKMOBILE app to easily extend your parking time from your phone.

We provide limited quantities of basic items to start your stay, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Please plan to bring additional supplies if needed. Each registered guest will receive one bath towel, so if you need more, please bring extras.

- **Trash Disposal:** Please do not store trash in the apartment for days. Use the trash chute in the lobby daily (behind the door marked "exit").
- **Key Lost:** $50 fee plus any additional expenses for unlocking the place.
- **Laundry Card Lost:** $100 fee.
