Great stay, everything was very clean and comfortable. The only thing was that one of us cut their foot on something sharp on the stairs, and downstairs toilet was rocking, other than that we had a wonderful time.

The positives - Lexi is an incredible host. A communication including when we managed to lock ourselves out of the house. The house is also in a very good location relative to town and the river.Easy things to improve - the furniture throughout the house is a bit old, the sofas in particular. Just a few updates would make a huge difference thus the 4* review.Overall, great hosts and great location.

Our stay was great! Super responsive host and the house was clean and comfy. We had everything we needed. The backyard could use a little more grass and maybe some updated furniture, but we loved that it is fully fenced and has amazing views. Great walkability along the river into downtown. Would highly recommend this home!

Perfect Spot

We stayed at Epic Mountain Views for President's Day Weekend. We skied, enjoyed the hot springs and ate at fabulous restaurants. It was a great get away with comfortables beds, great location, a yard for the dog to run around, everything you need in the kitchen and the owner is super responsive. We would stay here again! You can walk to the springs, downtown to the coffee shop, and there is a trails that are cleared in the winter.

Wonderful unobstructed mountain views from the backyard! Simply beautiful. The location is great... there is a walking path nearby that will take you up town and down the river. Many activities are within walking distance and others just a short drive away (dining, shopping, playgrounds. Wolf Creek Ski Area was only about a 30 min drive easy to get to; there is also a shuttle available. Home was clean and fit our family of 7. Good selection of games and books for inside entertainment. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay at Hilltop Haus

The location was within walking distance of the hot springs, the San Juan River Trail, downtown and Yamagutchi Park. We visited all of them! The house was cozy and nice and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. The backyard view was awesome! We would definitely stay at the Hilltop Haus again. Also the host very helpful and quick to answer all of our questions. Thanks for making this an awesome family vacation!

I am a Pagosa local, and work together with my husband to manage the home our family outgrew :) We love introducing others to our special Colorado mountain town, and are always willing to offer suggestions for hikes and local meals!

この宿泊施設の特徴

We love that our home is central to everything downtown Pagosa has - great restaurants, shops, Hot Springs - and yet, tucked away on a hillside corner it still offers privacy and quiet.
