Wonderful stay for a week while in town for our wedding. The property has everything you could possibly need. It’s in the perfect location in town too!!

Spacious, large kitchen, comfy bed, washer/dryer, very clean and well equipped. Love the location, can walk to everything downtown. 2 parking spaces. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Incredibly clean property, excellent location, and great communication with the host. They were very accommodating to our needs. Check-in/check-out instructions were super easy, and clear. I would stay here again anytime, and give this listing 10 stars if I could!!! HIGHLY recommended!!!

The “Little House” is centrally located, we walked to most places. Our only regret is that we wish we could stay longer.

This was a great little place…great location…you can literally walk anywhere and not have to figure out traffic and parking. The house is so nice…honestly…pretty perfect in every way! We definitely recommend it and would stay there again if we’re ever in Pagosa!

If you are looking for a place in the central part of the town, this is it. The kitchen was fully equipped. Nice cutting knife’s. Walking distance to the springs, restaurants, brewery’s and shops.

very nicely appointed little house in town. amenities were great. nice bathroom with great towels, fully outfitted kitchen, very comfortable large bed. ceiling fans and A/C were on when I arrived for a very pleasant welcome. hosts were responsive, flexible, and accommodating when I was delayed because of work. Great location in the center of town but since the house in not on the main road, it was quiet and did not feel busy around the property. easy check in and out. great spot, will stay again.

Just as was our last stay on this property it was excellent. Very clean, close proximity to everything and good communication with PM. It’s become our favorite place to stay in Pagosa Springs.

Great place for my wife and me: it had everything we needed: large king sized bed, separate living area, kitchen with all appliances, and full bath. The house was within walking distance of downtown, the river and hot springs, as well as some great eateries. Access was easy despite highway construction.

This is one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. Super comfortable bed, absolutely complete kitchen and beautiful bathroom. We look forward to staying again.

Perfect VRBO for a trip to Pagosa Springs

My husband, our dog, and I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and absolutely loved it. The cottage was exactly as described—clean, well-appointed, and super comfortable. The king bed was a dream, the kitchen had everything we needed, and having a washer/dryer was a big bonus for an active trip.The location couldn’t be better! We walked everywhere—restaurants, shops, the river, even Black Bart’s Brunch just steps away. It was so nice to be able to explore downtown Pagosa Springs without ever needing to drive. We also really appreciated the property being dog-friendly. The host was a great communicator, very responsive and helpful from booking through check-out. Everything was smooth and stress-free. We’d absolutely stay here again next time we visit Pagosa!

Staying downtown in our Little House on the Alley is a unique experience in Pagosa Springs. It's located withing walking distance to Town Park, the San Juan River and Reservoir Hill (for breathtaking views, just walk up switchbacks to the Pavillion and a little further to the Observation Deck).
Many restaurants and shops make our location a treat. Just leave your car at the cottage and wander downtown and see for yourself why visitors keep coming back to downtown Pagosa!
