The Space:

With 2 bedrooms and a spacious loft featuring four queen beds, the home comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests, making it ideal for family vacations and group getaways. Outside, you'll find a sprawling backyard, a private hot tub, and easy access to the lake, creating the perfect setting for unforgettable days and relaxing evenings by the water.



To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide a stocked coffee bar, kayak, SUP board, and water mat so you can make the most of your time on the lake. Guests also have access to a private covered boat slip at the community dock, located just 0.25 miles from the home. Whether you're looking to relax by the water or spend your days exploring Lake Barkley, Tucked Away on the Ridge offers the perfect blend of comfort, recreation, and lakeside adventure



** IMPORTANT: Lake Access Disclosure: **

Our home sits directly on beautiful Lake Barkley, offering stunning water views and a peaceful lakeside setting. Please note that there is no traditional beach or cleared shoreline access directly from the property. While guests may be able to wade into the water, lake access is limited and can vary based on weather conditions. Following storms, natural debris such as logs and branches may wash onto the shoreline, affecting accessibility. We appreciate your understanding and encourage guests to use caution when accessing the waterfront.



For swimming and easier water access, guests are welcome to use the community boat dock, located just 0.25 miles from the home. It's a great spot for swimming, launching a kayak, fishing, or simply relaxing by the lake.



We want you to have an amazing stay and appreciate your understanding as shoreline conditions can naturally vary throughout the year.

Guest Access:

• Access codes will be provided for self-check-in.

• You'll have full access to the entire home and property, with stairs required for all levels., including the driveway and sprawling backyard touching the lake.

Features Description:

• Age: All guests must be 18 with the exception of children with their parents.

• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Trash: As you check out, kindly ensure no trash or food is left outside the home—use only the designated cans.

• Pets: Pet-friendly stay – $200 for up to 2 dogs

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• We can host a maximum of 13 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.

• We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.

• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

• We understand that last-minute cancellations can be challenging for guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance. However, we must uphold our owners' cancellation policies to protect their primary source of income and maintain their properties in business. Please book responsibly, and we appreciate your understanding.

• Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
