Open-concept kitchen and living area filled with natural light. White shaker cabinets, island, pendant lighting, and full appliances, everything you need to cook for the whole crew. Doors open straight to the deck. The finished walkout lower level adds extra living space, a full bedroom, and its own covered patio.

The deck is fully enclosed with railings and a safety gate — secure for kids and pets alike. Yard games for outdoor fun, sand toys for beach days, Pack and Play, and a small highchair for the littles. For your four-legged guests: a large in-home dog crate. Pet fee: $50 per stay.

Cadiz is a hidden gem — small-town charm, southern hospitality, and a downtown packed with antique shops and local boutiques that are perfect for a girls’ trip afternoon. Day trips within easy reach include Nashville (music, dining, and shopping), the Museum of America in Tennessee (~1.5 hours), and Ft. Campbell. You’ll leave with a full itinerary and wonder why you waited this long to discover western Kentucky.
