About this space
Relax with Family and Friends at this unique property with 8 acres surrounding the back of a cove with private boat ramp, floating dock, 4000 sq ft home, 5 BR 3.5 Bath, paved drive, ample parking. The perfect park like setting for your vacation with a picnic area and firepit by the water, open decks, screened porch. Just minutes by water to Eastport Marina, JP Coleman, Grand Harbor Marina, and Florence Harbor. The Riverton Venue is just up the street.
The space
The house has 2 levels, you can enter from the side door on lower level to the living area, dining, kitchen, one bedroom suite, half bath, screened porch, washer and dryer, and patio.
The upper level, accessed from the porch on street side, opens into a large foyer, has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths.

Please note the lake is at winter level in these pictures. It will be several feet higher in spring/summer> I will update then.
