***ATTENTION*** The Golden Arms property is under renovation through fall of 2026. The construction in this unit is completed! On the outside, there will be active construction and construction noise from 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday (except holidays). The north gate will provide access to the pool and beach during construction hours. The rates have been discounted to accommodate these inconveniences.


ENJOY the breathtaking, panoramic views from this beautiful ocean front condo with an oversized balcony and a large open living and dining room where you can enjoy spectacular views of the ocean.

High Tide, Unit #304, has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a king bed in the primary suite, and a queen with a twin-size bunk bed above in the 2nd bedroom. The living room has a pull-out sofa which can sleep 2 additional guests. The condo is on the 3rd floor with beautiful ocean views across from the drive on section of the beach. The Golden Arms complex has a heated pool, shuffleboard, putting green, clubhouse, and locked entry doors and gates for extra security. Have motorcycles or a smaller car or SUV? We offer a 1 car shared garage to our guests.

Walk to historical Flagler Avenue to dine at the many local restaurants or shop at the unique shops. There are great little bars and events happening on Flagler Avenue regularly. No car needed!

New Smyrna Beach is a small, cozy beach town located on the central east coast of Florida with 13 miles of pristine white sandy beaches. 2 National Parks north and south of us add an additional 21 miles of beautiful beaches to explore. We have lots of wildlife from Manatees to Dolphin and tropical birds. Plus, great fishing, boating, surfing, golfing, paddle boarding, watching for sea turtles, or just plain shell hunting to provide you with hours of outdoor fun! The Daytona 500, Bike Week, Biketoberfest, Jeep Week and other events are close by in Daytona.

Every 2nd week Saturday's farmers market and oldie cars park along Canal Street lined with giant palm trees and outdoor restaurants. Walk to the river to spot dolphin.

We are the closest beach to all the theme parks in Orlando and central Florida. Spend a couple days beaching it and the rest exploring Disney, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine, or Marine Discovery Center which are all under an hour away. Perfect for day trips!

The closest airports are Daytona Beach (DAB), 20 miles away. Sanford/Orlando (SFB) an Allegiant Airport, 35 miles away. Orlando International Airport (MCO), 75 miles away.

Will be very nice once the major construction project is completed. \Owner was great to work with. Big disappointment was the pool heater not working, unable to use it all week. St. Pats week was very crowded in NSB.

Great beach getaway

Had a lovely stay at this property in New Smyrna Beach. Was clean and comfortable with beautiful ocean views. Is a great location, can walk to many of the shops and restaurants. Elizabeth was very accommodating at getting us an extra parking pass. Would love to go back and stay at this condo again!

Wonderful location!

Such a wonderful location! Not only was Tammy super responsive, the other owners were so pleasant and helpful as well. I felt safe staying there by myself a few nights and the whole area, including the unit, is very clean and family driven. I highly recommend this unit- I already miss it.

Nothing short of amazing!

By far, this was the best place that we've stayed! The unit/building were exactly as listed and immaculately clean. The kitchen was overly stocked with everything I need to prepare meals and feed guests. The beds/linens were very comfortable and the towels, including ones for the beach, were of high quality and plentiful. The host was responsive and helpful with the few questions that we had. We will rent over and over again - it is a must!!!

Best so far!

We’ve been coming to NSB once a summer for 20+ years. We’ve stayed in multiple different condos and hotels. This was easily the best condo and location yet. The check in and out process was simple, the condo was beautifully decorated, great views and amenities and Tammy was so great to work with. She made everything easy and was very nice and welcoming. We are already planning our trip at this condo for next time. 10/10

This unit should not be rented out at this time.

We were mad aware of the complex being under construction when we made are reservation. But we were also told that the unit we rented was on schedule to be complete in December 2024. 4 days before check after we already left NY, we spent the first 3 days in Orlando, I received a message saying unit was not done and a wall was up blocking access to the two balconies. For this inconvenience she refunded me 500 which I appreciate. We arrived to men working on the balconies, and doors to balconies screwed shut. All week there were men working on the balcony. Water was shut off for part of one day. Then the last 3 days we had construction workers inside the unit working, one of those days we left and came cake to the tv stand in the living and dresser in master bedroom pulled out in the middle of the room. They left it there and I had to move it all back so we could move around. I don’t doubt that this unit and the condo itself will be beautiful when all work is completed. But for now this unit should not be rented out until all the construction on it is completed. This was told to me by the contractor doing the work and one of the neighbors. Beach access during construction is very limited. Most of the time we walked down the street to gain access. Again let me be clear, this unit will be absolutely beautiful when construction is completed, but wait until it is.

Close to all amenities, near a lively street and excellent restaurants. Clean. Well-equipped for the beach. Good communication with the host. Some utensils were missing; we had to buy more. Due to construction, access routes changed frequently, and it was sometimes difficult to understand where we were supposed to go. Recycling facilities were not easily accessible.

Paradise in New Smyrna Beach

We have been coming to New Smyrna Beach for over 30 years. The condo was perfect the weather was perfect one of the most relaxing vacations we've had. Elizabeth is amazing she is sweet, kind and friendly. It was pleasure meeting her and nice having her close by. We will be back soon!

Golden Arms

We really enjoyed our stay at Golden Arms. We usually trade a timeshare in at Coconut Palms 2 on even years since I share with my sister. We love the New Smyrna Beach area, so we found this place on VRBO. Elizabeth is a very nice hostess. She met us down at the front door when we arrived. Check in was an easy process. She was nice enough to bring down some tart pastries for our daughters. We unfortunately had a ghost ant issue in the kitchen but once I contacted Elizabeth, she right away called in pest control. Since she lives on site, she met them and they took care of the ant issue. My Dad lives in Florida as well and he said these type of ants are common and they invade quickly so I was very appreciative of the quick service. The condo is so close to the beach. The pool had a good number of pool chairs. If we come down to the New Smyrna area on our off timeshare year, we definitely will see if there is a spot open.

Beautiful condo in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Clean, comfortable and completely furnished with everything we needed for the week. There were ample towels, linens, a kitchen with just about everything you could need/want as far as dishes, flatware, cookware, etc. The checkin process couldn’t have been easier. What a treat to be met by the owner rather than a third party. And the VIEW! This is an ideal unit for anyone wanting to enjoy the best NSB has to offer. Can’t wait to book a return trip. I highly recommend this unit to anyone on the fence about staying in NSB. Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable. We will be back!

I would like to express, in writing, my thanks and appreciation to Michelle and Kevin for taking the time to write a review of their stay in my condo unit. I pride myself on doing everything possible to make my renters' vacation a pleasant and memorable experience. Going the extra mile, including a fully furnished condo and kitchen is a given. I Everyone deserves a nice vacation, time to relax and to enjoy the pool, the beach, the long walks, hearing the roar of the ocean, and remembering the special moments and days in the Sunshine State.

Golden Arms is a beautiful complex with stunning sunrises and amazing views within walking distance to Flagler Avenue. Heated pool, shuffleboard and putting green are just a few of the on site activities available.
