Welcome to the Flat at Phillips! This new, lower level apartment is nestled in a serene (hear the birds chirping?)residential neighborhood just 8 minutes from LU/UL and all the shopping and restaurants you need within 10 minutes. Off street parking and a private entrance will lead to a cozy, newly furnished suite. This apartment boasts a spacious bedroom, a new kitchen and living space and a large outdoor patio to enjoy.
The bedroom includes a carefully selected queen sized bed, a walk-in closet and a reading nook. Other amenities include a full size fridge/ freezer, an electric cooktop, a Keurig for coffee/ tea, a microwave and a toaster. For entertainment, a Smart TV allows you to connect to your Netflix/YouTube TV account or play some of the games. The large patio offers more space to enjoy the wooded backyard, a ping pong game, the birds chirping, a summer meal on the patio or a corn hole game. The neighborhood provides a wonderful opportunity for an evening walk or a morning run.
You may also enjoy a short stroll to Starbucks or East Coast Wings. Got a sweet tooth? Grab a dessert at Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery just down the street.
