This is our primary home so it's filled with everything to make your experience the best. You'll love having morning coffee on the vine-covered patio before exploring all Austin has to offer!
The space
This beautiful home is suitable for most occasions.
Modern 3250sqft, 5 years new construction, Gold level LEED certified, absolutely gorgeous home! It's design forward, elegant, eclectic and comfortable. This is our primary home. This is not a dedicated AirBnB. As a result, many of our personal things are in the home. I've traveled all over the world and filled it with trinkets, art and books from my travels. Tastefully designed & ready for you!

Hardwood floors throughout (no carpet/a few rugs).

The home is solar powered with LG mini-splits. So you can run the AC to suit each area's needs. For your convenience, a Tesla Charging Station can be accessed in the garage.

The home is 3 stories with the half-bath/ living/dining/kitchen on the 1st floor. There is a beautiful modern kitchen with gas stove, coffee maker & all the necessities to make you feel at home. The groundfloor vine-covered patio has designer Danish outdoor furniture and seats 8. It's especially nice for al fresco dinners or morning coffee breaks.

2nd fl has primary bedroom with queen sized "Avocado Organic" mattress, fresh linens with down comforter, private balcony, ensuite bath with large tub and stand-alone shower. We have fluffy RH towels in this bathroom to make your stay even better. Just off the primary bedroom is a private balcony overlooking the park with modern Indonesian designed furniture that is really comfortable.

On the way down the hall, you'll pass the laundry room with full size units on the way to 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom. Both of those rooms have queen size mattresses with down comforters. 1 of them is my teen's room so it is decorated for her with Pottery Barn furniture and fun decor. The other room is set up as a guest room, so it has West Elm style decor and more storage.

The 3rd floor has a half kitchen with a vintage styled fridge, dishwasher and another full bathroom. This shower is actually our favorite. Our 3rd floor patio is not yet finished. It's currently a large open space. Though, you are welcome to access it. It looks down to the incredible park and across Mueller. FYI, there is only a small sectional and a table up there. It is not designed, decorated or maintained. Hopefully soon!

There are several restaurants, cafes, wine bars, shopping, and a grocery store all within walking distance. Dell Children's hospital is a few blocks away. The bus & train lines are nearby.

We love that the house has lots of windows & tons of natural light. I like to open the blinds and curtains daily, but that's your call.

You'll have access to most of our home. Just let us know if you'd like to use the garage. This home is great for entertaining, families, a group of singles or co-workers.
I love my piano and I hope you do too. And you are welcome to play it. Just refrain from banging on it. Please keep children that aren't pianist off of her. Be kind to her!
Other things to note
This home is our primary residence, it's NOT a full time AirBnB, so please understand that most of our things, like clothing, memories, trinkets, etc are all here. The closets have things in them and the cabinets hold our possessions. So it's great if you want to cook and borrow a cookbook and fully use the space as a home. Please be respectful and enjoy our home!
